Review 1：We waited more than an hour for dinner, nobody informed us about breakfast not being in our room on the second morning and paying the bill took forever.

Review 4：Nice, relaxed friendly staff who were efficient, and keen to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was comfortable, warm and it seemed that everything had recently had a makeover. Position was very convenient, and I am sure the views in winter are spectacular, sadly it was frey and rainy when I was there! My dinner in the evening was beautifully cooked, however, there was only a set menu, which was slightly too pricey for my expense budget as I was on business but great value at CHF59 for 4 courses if you are not on expenses!

Review 5：Problem with parking space for guests during concerts, nest of bees over the balcony (!) - after we told to the personel they didnt do anything about it, dinner price was way too high compared to other restauratns , no menu card

Review 32：It's has a wonderful location and the design of the Hotel is very individual with lots of solid wood features. The little kitchen in the room is ideal and I liked the open plan shower and toilet feature.

Review 33：Room didn't have a.c. Though this could be fine given the weather at night, leaving the windows open might be a problem. It gets noisy from the road or kids in the restaurant in the morning, and if someone is smoking in a balcony of a room nearby, you can get all that smoke inside your room. Even though the bathroom had a separation from the bedroom, there was no door, which can be somewhat uncomfortable.

Review 34：Amazing view from the front rooms. Very well decorated rooms, with nice kitchen utensils. Everything very clean. Food was very good, though a bit expensive (~ CHF100 per couple per dinner). Staff very friendly, maybe could just work a bit more on the english.

Review 35：It was a bit hot in August at night in the bedroom, especially without a window to air the passage on the 3rd floor.

Review 36：The building and design of old and new elements mixed. Very impressive at night. The food was good, salad a bit heavy, but main meal very interesting and tasty. The meringues with cream are a must! We liked the wooden elements in the rooms. And Edelweiss motif on the floor. Dogs also welcome.

Review 41：The junior suites on the top floor are smaller than the others (Ithink, because the one we stayed in didn't have 45 square meters,maybe 30) and the bed is hided in a small place, you care barely snickin. No bedside tables, also. The bathroom didn't have a ceiling, sofrom the room you could hear the sounds in the bathroom. The balcony isa bit small. But we got this room at a discounted price, so it was okafter all.
