Review 4：The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and quiet even though we were close to the front desk. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and the amenities quite nice as well. We didn't use the pool or restaurant, so, can't comment on those.

Review 8：We have stayed here for a skating competition that is the second weekend of December, for about 10 years. It's always been a nice quaint hotel, with great employees and a great location, for a reasonable price. They recently renovated the rooms and replaced the beds and some furniture. They did a fabulous job in the bedrooms! The beds are super comfy! The bathroom still has that awkward step up from the bathroom floor to the shower, which I always trip over, but I have no complaints about the bathrooms because they are always spotlessly clean. I'd say that you should stay here when you are in the area, but the truth is I don't want you to steal my annual reservation. My daughter and I love our stays at the Inn on the Square in Falmouth. We look forward to it every year, see you in 2016!
Review 9：Pool was not relatively cool but then didn't come for swim. Batteries on tv remote possibly low as didn't work all time - just had to press several times. Left robe in room, called that evening - was told would get call in am from manager. no call

Review 18：Nice clean room in great location. We were able to catch early bus down to boat for trip to Martha's Vineyard. Also Peter Pan bus to New York just around the corner.
Review 19：Noisy. On a very busy road....don't be fooled by thinking that "On the Square" means anything, it isn't. Rooms in the annexe rather dark inside.

Review 22：Bathrooms could use more tlc. They have done a partial renovation which was done well, but tub really needed to be relaxed and wallpaper and tile needed replacing. One section of tile baseboard was completely gone and not replaced and wallpaper peeling.

Review 27：Our room had a faulty sink- not attached to the granite!! The cement was still sticky and there was a 2 inch gap between the sink and the granite. Was in the state of disrepair , stopper did not work and sink kept filling up with water unless someone crawled under the sink and kept pushing the stopper back up. There were no extra rooms to move us to and they only credited us 15% which was only 57$ so still over $300 for the room!!

Review 40：toilet in first assigned room did not work and shower did not drain, so had to change rooms. second room had deadbolt which didn't work and probably hadn't worked for some time as metal plate was partially destroyed.

Review 43：I didn't like the fact that my son and his family were put into asmall room that it was impossible to add a cot to. I had speficallydetailed that there were five members in his group.Also, the room charges were mixed up, causing undo angst. Fortunately my son discovered your error.
Review 44：We heard everything around us and we weren't there that much. From the showers to the stomping upstairs, it felt like the walls in the "separate building" were very thin. The overall room furnishings were not that nice, but they were adequate.

Review 48：If this is, as it claims to be Falmouths finest, Falmouth has serious problems. Put into a distant annexe with a noisy location right on a busy road there are no facilities whatsoever. It is summed up by a 25 ml of shower gel being deemed sufficient for two people for two nights.

Review 52：We got there late and had just gotten the suitcases open when the desk clerk asked us to give that room to a family that hadn't made a reservation. We said, "sure"...we understood as parents how everyone with children sometimes need help. SO we moved with me on a crutch and had to go downstairs for the 2nd room. The family saw us moving and neither the staff OR the family said THANK YOU. And when we checked out there was no thanks or even a slight deduction in the bill. We still smile thinking that the family must have been raising some really mean kids to be so mean to people who were helping them out so late at night. Saying thank you is really so easy to do.
