Review 1：Staff in shops and restaurants have problems with the English language, otherwise they are very polite. The drivers are very nervous.

Review 2：When we arrived with the car, the bellboy came out and immediately showed us the parking space. He took our luggage and submit them to the reception and then to our room. Receptionist knew good English, he was very careful with us. The staff is always smiling and polite. The breakfast is rich with a variety of food, several types of cheese, fresh vegetables, sausages and eggs, soup, baked sweets, fruit juices and tea and coffee of course. When leaving the the hotel, the receptionist Ridvan knew excellent Bulgarian. He was very friendly man and it was very pleasant to talk to him. He explained us many things about Avcilar and Turkey. We were pleasantly surprised by the care of the citizens for the stray cats. In many places there are placed cans with cat food and water. The streets are clean, the buildings are new and beautiful, well maintained. We spent 3 nice days in the hotel and Avcilar.

Review 3：The breakfast room needs some more lights. The small chandelier over our bed needed dusting.

Review 4：Thrird time in this hotel, this says it all! Perfect value for money choice for this area. Spacious rooms, turkish style breakfast, free wi-fi, free parking. In the center of Avcilar, everything you need in a walking distance. A ten minutes drive from Tuyap. Very close to the Ataturk airport too, but you must consider that most of the time there is a heavy trafic to this dirrection.

Review 5：Perfect service, great breakfast and nice location 3 minutes away from a metrobus station. Parking space available near the hotel. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Review 6：Room was too warm, had to ask to switch off the heating. Wall was too thin in the first room, had to be moved to another room (which was much better one, no sound).

Review 31：(1) Staff. Friendly, very approachable, sincerely helpful. Especially the humble gentleman at the front desk who may be the owner. He said that he was from Bulgaria. A thoroughly welcoming person. (2) Room. Clean, unpretentious, well furnished. I'd booked a double room and was pleasantly surprised with 2 King-sized beds. (3) Wi-Fi. Strong signal, gratis, no problems with internet. Nothing like spending 2 weeks in a neighbouring country with crummy Wi-Fi to make one appreciate how there is no going back to a pre-online life. (4) Location. 15 minutes to the airport (non-peak hour) by taxi. Cost me 26 TL. Fuss-free. But watch out if you're coming or going to the airport during rush hour--the ride could take an hour. (5) Neighbourhood. The hotel is sited in an authentic Turkish residential area with small family run shops and restaurants. No giant malls or tourist traps. Tried the "Usta Donerci" restaurant about a 3-min walk from the hotel. Hygienic, tasty Turkish food. A 15-cm doner durum (wrap) costs 10.50TL. The young waiter serving me couldn't speak English but drag one who could to help out. Like I said, a very pleasant neighbourhood, you don't feel like you're being fleeced, like sometimes down in Sultanahmet.

Review 32：A friend and I started here overnight to catch a flight out of Istanbul. The staff at the hotel were the most genuine and helpful people. The hotel is only 15-20 minutes drive away by taxi from the airport. Reception was kind enough to organise a taxi for us to catch our flight, which only cost ~26 lira (04/2014). WiFi was great, and the rooms were so clean. I would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it. Probably not suitable for those looking to be near tourist attractions.

Review 43：This is more a complaint about Avcilar than the hotel. There are noseafood restaurants near the hotel in Avcilar except a small dinerlocated a 10 minute walk away. You'll find plenty of kebabs though!!

The location is especially nice in a vibrant town ofistanbul. It is a stones' throw away from the centre that remainsbusy unitl 11pm, even on a weekend! Don't expect seafood restaurantsin Avcilar, kebabs only!!
