Review 1：I though this place was closed down when I first pulled in . garbage everywhere outside. room was O.K. go to take a swim no thanks that picture in ad must have been years ago. Where is the health department on this issue. Only had 3 hr. between check-in/in concert or else I would have checked-out

Review 9：This hotel (motel) needs major remodeling, better cleaning and up keep. I reserved 3 rooms and all 3 were nasty and disgusting. Our room was a non-smoking room and the room stunk like cigarettes. The a/c wasn't working properly. The rug was gross, couldn't tell what was the real color. The bathroom had rust and mold. The toilet paper holder came out of the wall and left a huge hole. There's so many more other issues with this place. Thank god it was only for one night.

Review 14：The stairwells smelled of urine, the carpets are stained and worn. We were to stay for 3 nights but cancelled the last two. Single woman with 2 young kids, it is not a place I would recommend. I know you get what you pay for but I expected more from a supposed 4+ star rating hotel. Guess I do my homework better next time.

Review 22：My room was given away when my newly wed husband and I went to check in on Saturday night after our wedding. The person that rechecked us in told us that if we never left luggage in the room even if we have a reservation they are entitled to resell our room. There were no towels in the room and we were told to come and get them ourselves. They finally brought us towels.

Review 26：The staff was not very knowledgeable about check in process. We left early Sunday morning and returned about 10:30 pm and the room had not been cleaned. We were told that we had a do not disturb sign on the door. But they had come in and taken the used towels and that was it. So the do not disturb sign was not a good suggestion. They were going to ask the housekeeper if she had cleaned it, which I am sure they will not admit the truth. Stairs outside were really a mess. Pool area was unpainted and looked a mess.

Review 33：So I read the reviews of this hotel before I stayed and you can never tell if someone was not being honest, well I will have to say the reviews were right on. The carpet in my room was dirty, the floor lamp was all rusty, the tub had the drain pieces out and sitting on the side of the tub, the outside of the hotel was very run down, the pool area was in bad shape (in other words the pictures on their website are certainly when it was owned by Quality Inn). The room was so bad I only stayed one of my three nights and checked out and into a different hotel nearby. I would not recommend this place unless you are in need of a place if you are traveling with pets. Also the "complimentary" safe box...well even though I did not ask for it I got a charge for it!

The shower stall had long black human hair stuck to the tile wall, the toilet was in flushed (urine), the carpeting was stained and worn down and un vaccumed, the television did not work and the wifi was spotty at best. The ONLY reason we stayed the second night was the complete lack of any rooms anywhere within 20 miles. So we bought our own cleaning supplies to make it sanitary enough for human habitation.

Review 56：The 2 year old little girl that sat on a stool behind the front desk at 10:00 at night. She was an adorable source of entertainment while we waited 20 minutes to check in. Of course, we were equally disturbed by the two year old sitting behind the front desk instead of being at home safely sleeping in a bed..

Review 72：We had numerous issues during the stay. I called the front desk each time and only got them to answer once and then the line got disconnected and they wouldn't pick up again.

Review 73：The room was filthy. The carpets were stained and not even vacuumed. The smell was disgusting. There had been a cheap attempt to upgrade - the granite counter top had a faucet that was not properly installed - it moved and leaked onto the counter. I wouldn't have my dog stay there. Pay the extra few dollars and you won't suffocate from the stench.

Review 78：Spent two nights. On the first night there was no shower curtain so bathroom was flooded after use. The second day after alerting the recention the curtain was but no towels.
