Review 1：But man was it filthy. Public hair on the bathroom floor, mould in the tub, we didn't even want to hop in the shower to clean ourselves. The towels were grey and really needed to be replaced. I would suggest that if there is any other option for a stay in kingman that you take it over the quality inn. Leaving here feeling like a need a shower.

Review 2：The bed was comfortable but that was about it. We arrived and were given a dark damp room right on the train tracks out the back. There was a toothless hobo looking woman outside screaming down the phone having an argument with someone. Our curtains didn't close properly and we asked to be moved, which the staff were happy to do as long as we paid for the upgrade. The upgrade was exactly the same, except the bed was very comfortable, no springs jabbing out like our first room, and the heating worked which was great.

Review 3：The bathroom was outdated. The ad and billboard stated heated pool but there was ice on top of it and the front desk said that the equipment didn't work let alone no one would know how to work it since it's so old.

Review 7：From all motels (including a lot of Quality Inn motels) we visited, this one we wanted to leave asap. Upon arrival, 15 minutes waiting until the (rather freaky) guy from the reception was present. Okey, this does not seem a lot, but for a 24h motel, and after a long day of travelling/hiking... You don't feel like waiting. Several people were waiting as well. The interior looked sloppy and not taken care of. The room was dirty and not cleaned properly. There were tracks of food and sticky soda on on the bedside table. A small fridge, completely moldy and disgusting... All things together taken together, not a nice stay in contrast to other Quality-Inn motels we've visited.

It is in need of a bit of attention as it is looking a bit old, but the rooms were spotlessly clean and It was OK as a stop over for one night. The breakfast was excellent and for the price it was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Would I stay here again. Yes.

Review 14：the 1st room they booked us into was dirty, the bathroom had not even been cleaned. The second room we received was a little better in the location but again the bathroom was not the cleanest, and the washcloth's were stained and dirty.No Pictures on the walls,WEIRD.

Review 16：We were VERY disappointed that such beautiful surroundings were spoiled by a very unkempt motel grounds..our room was in the back where it was obvious that people were living...and storing broken down cars...Dog feces lined the curb way along the drive way and much of it gad been there for a very long time...walking our little dog that we normally clean up after was just digusting. The lady that was staying in the back obviously was a slob that just didn't care if others had to deal with her dogs mess. Our room was dirty.. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the shower and a toilet that wasn't even secured to the floor.The only good thing about our room was that the pillows were comfy. Dont bother with the free breakfast..dusgusting! If we weren't so exhausted from a long days drive...we wiuld have packed up and moved on..definetly not up to quality Inn standards..

Review 17：Housekeeping and general maintenance was lacking; dirty shower curtain because the curtain was so long that it laid flat in the tub and the bottom of the tub needed cleaning and the coffee maker in the room needed replacement or heavy cleaning since the inside of the water reservoir was soiled with coffee residue.

Review 18：It was conveniently located near many restaurants and parking was ample. The hot breakfast was better than most with scrambled egg that did not taste like it came out of powder form and the sausage was great too. I like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Review 19：The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us a room with two queen beds instead of a king. The breakfast was good and the cook was also very friendly and attentive.

Review 20：Room was shabby ,bare,peeling paint, baseboard held on with ducktape.Bathroom,was dirty ,toilet bowl was badly stained and filthy ,mould in 2places round bath. Towels,old ,small stained. Note ,$20 a night per dog,made our stay expensive.

Review 26：Place is undergoing renovation and there was a roll of carpet outside our room. The room smelled like new carpet. The coffee pot was broken and the door between the two rooms had no lock on our side. We wedged the refrigerator against it for security. The Wi-Fi was not working properly and the front desk told us to call technical support. The technician told us to see if we could get a better signal elsewhere in the motel. We won't go back.

Review 41：I have never been so happy with staff as I was at this facility. Every need we had the staff treated with the utmost importance. Very nice to have a hot breakfast to start our day. We travel to Kingman monthly and have already booked our next stay with this facility.
