Review 6：The hotel was a bit difficult to find--and Uçhisar is not an easy place to drive!--but once we got inside, we didn't want to leave. Beautiful stone passageways leading into comfortable, rock-cut rooms, and free cookies and tea/coffee/water were a nice perk. The staff was great, as well!

Abdullah (the owner) was incredibly helpful and friendly and staying at Kale Konak was like staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. We arrived at 4.30am after an 8 hour flight delay and the night staff was so welcoming - it could have been midday! From then on the staff continued with gentle friendliness and discreet service. Abdullah and his team headed by elegant Emme could not have been better and added to the feeling of a home away from home - only better run and much more stylish! The breakfasts were lovely and served on the delightful terrace with a world class view. Our rooms were huge and impeccably styled as is the rest of the hotel: the place never feels like a hotel and hits exactly the right note of chic style without being poncy. This hotel outshone all around and I hope it continues to flourish.

Review 19：Everything about this cave hotel was warm and inviting. The view alone makes this place worth the stay. Our suite was gorgeous- a cave with modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and the private hamam a nice surprise. Abdullah and his staff accommodated all requests with a smile. I recommend contacting them before your visit to arrange the airport pickup. Uchisar is quieter than Goreme, but enjoying the peaceful surroundings is what Cappadocia is all about. Set your alarm to wake up before sunrise to watch the hot air balloons take flight from the hotel's courtyard.
Review 20：It's a beautiful and original hotel with his spacious and welldecorated cave bedrooms. The view on the mountains is amazing. The hotelstaff is very nice. I like the hammam which is free, clean and 24hoursopen, the breakfast is very good. Uchisar is a nice place to staycompared to Goreme and Urgup. If you walk 1 minut, you'll find thebest restaurant of Cappadoce in the Sira hotel.
