Review 1：Garden and swimming pool are more for show, to put them as "yes we have" but they serve no goal. Staff talks hardly decent English. Furniture old .

Review 3：Room appeared clean ..... But there was no top sheet fitted to the bed, no tea & coffee in the room & a dirty smelly, nappy left in the bathroom bin. Had a lot of difficulty relating this to staff....(we didn't speak Turkish)

Review 6：Being asked to leave the Breakfast area as they had a football team staying in the hotel and they would not eat whilst other guests were in the dining area. No staff spoke English was very difficult to communicate.

Review 8：Excellent location, easy access for car and the fact that they have a private parking lot is a very big advantage. Staff is very professional and friendly, food is excellent, all rooms have AC and a small refrigerator... Wifi signal is excellent and I stay here if possible in all the trips that I make in the Safranbolu area. Highly recommended!
Review 9：It's far away from the old part of the city in a modern neighborhood. According to the owner from now on the pool will be only used for decoration. Don't book it, if you want to swim in it. Only the owner speaks English.
