Review 1：The booking was not as described on the internet ad. The place is not newly remodeled. - I would date it from the 1970s. We rented a villa. It was right next to the clubhouse (as most of the villas are). Saturday night they had a very noisy wedding reception with a very loud band in the clubhouse - didn't get to sleep that night until after 1AM. The villa doesn't have granite countertops, it has formica countertops in the kitchen with holes in them. Kitchen has only a very minimal stock of supplies - dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is no fan in the master bathroom and it takes about a half hour for the smell to get out of there. The shower doors kept falling off the rail and getting stuck. The towels are small - standard issue army towels. There are no washcloths.

Review 2：PARKINGS FACING THE VILLAS, PROBABLY WHEN TOO BUSY, WOULD BE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT IT WAS PERFECT WHEN WE WERE THERE, and THAT WAS FROM SEPT 15 TO 17, 2015. I WILL BOOK IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

Review 3：VERY NICE COMFORTABLE VILLA

Review 4：This was my first time at this resort and when I opened the door I saw it was a large 1600 sq ft single story home with a front patio off a large full kitchen and a back patio off the family room. There is a large family room when you come in, a dining room, a smaller second family room in the back with a flat screen, a huge master bedroom and bath with a large walk in closet and a second bedroom with a bathroom right outside it.. It was clean, comfortable and the bed was great!

Review 5：We stayed in a condo and we had to hunt down clean towels. I would have liked for them to at least change out our towels each day.

Review 6：Has RV spaces and also condos for rent. Enjoyed the pool area and the spa.

Review 7：My only complaint was the terrible pillows on the bed. Was glad that I brought my own.

Review 8：We thought the grounds were beautiful and enjoyed it. But we also had friends staying there in there in their coach and we enjoyed it together

Review 9：Patio table was missing a tile but due to cold weather we did not use the patio, so it wasn't a "call front desk" issue. Screen removed from bathroom window allowed a few flies which was annoying. The couch in our unit needed a thorough cleaning but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Review 10：Proximity to local area and layout of facility were excellent...lovely streets for great walks, train noise was not obtrusive, and we enjoyed our unit's size and layout and amenities. Guest services was excellent. Night security gate a plus. Emerald Desert will be on our schedule for a return visit.

Review 12：I loved the resort. The staff was super friendly. We had a problem with the check in and the staff gave us a GC for Coldstone to take our kids for the error. The problem wasn't their fault but they made us feel even better with that act of kindness. We loved the villas. We booked a 3 room villa and they were lovely. They were nice and cleaned. The pool areas are great! Loved the kids room and the fun activities they have for adults and kids.
