Review 1：The couple running this B&B were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The B&B itself is a beautifully renovated farm house with a great contrast of original features and modern luxuries and with very large bedrooms. I would recommend this to any couple or family wanting to get away from the big city for a relaxing and cozy break. Many woodland walking routes on your doorstep and the town of Spa only a few minutes away. One of the best B&B’s I have stayed in.

Review 2：- room needs more heating and more carpets on the floor. - location is far from the centre of Spa, so you need a car to get around. - would be nice to have a tv in the room and not only in the common area.

Review 3：- newly refurbished B&B. Very nicely decorated. - comfortable, big family room. - healthy breakfast.

Review 4：Loved the whole concept of the place. Oldest farm in the area yet with all the modern comforts. The hosts are very friendly and leave you alone when you want to just relax in the lounge. Felt very homely and with a working kitchen it was very useful when travelling with young adults who are not feeling well! They can sleep whilst the adults are downstairs enjoying wine in front of a fire. I would return!

Review 5：Extremely friendly and hospitable owners, they make you feel welcome from the first minute.The infrastructure is brand new, and to date (August 2015), some works (e.g. the garden) are still a work in progress. None of that is disturbing in any way though. The breakfast is excellent and there's plenty of choice. Really one of the nicest B&B's I've stayed in so far.
