Review 1：Reception staff were rude. If you arrive after hours, you have to shout through a window outside as they wont let you inside. Not very safe for young travelers or women.

Review 2：Location close to I-15. Rooms were fair, reasonably clean (bathrooms needed some TLC). Good little diner across the street. Free breakfast was quite good for the price point.

Review 3：That the non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Especially the vent system in the bathroom. Just use it for one shower, and the smokers stench overwhelms the room! And it's not been cleaned that I could tell, because stuff kept falling from it.

Review 5：The bed wasn't made upon check in, the sink didn't drain and was clogged all night and my 8 yr old stepson found a bullet in the chair.

We were not able to rest after 1 am. We finally got up and got ready to leave! Too bad there was no fridge nor microwave! Wow no eggs, nor waffles!

Review 15：The things we didn't like during our stay were out of the hotel's control... The rain, the traffic delays, and lack of earthquakes....Earthquakes would have been a great thrill for us.... I'm joking. This place is great and for travelling with pets, We will be back every time we are in SoCal.

Review 16：This hotel was convenient to the freeway. The pet fee is only $10 per nught. The room is not extravagant but it has a comfortable bed with a chair and table, a tv with many channels,a large bathroom, an ironing board and iron, and a coffee pot. Most of all, it was clean. The hotel is adjacent to Goodfellas cafe,which is moderately priced, always busy, delicious and they are generous enough to provide extra parking when the hotel is full. The hotel has a pool and hot tubi pen from 10-10. breakfast was great. Yogurts,fwaffles, bagels, pastries, fruit and bisquits and gravy as well as coffee and juice. Great for the price. Also one must remember this is just a Best western, not the Beverly hills hotel...

Review 17：The room was clean and had a nice bed, got of good night's sleep. Enjoyed how close it was to the freeway and many other conveniences. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Review 18：No fridge or microwave in room. Blood stain on sheer curtain/outer curtains won't close tight. No way to take a bath. Same breakfast each day. Cool water in pool.

Review 20：The toilet at the hotel clogged the very first time my boyfriend used it. Also the pool had some dead bugs and leaves floating around in it so it needed to be cleaned out. From what I read on the website a fridge should have come in the room. There was a spot for one but no fridge and we had food that needed to go in it.

Location conveniently off the freeway- but not a trucker stop- When the continental breakfast time was almost up, food was replenished - great variety of food- fresh cheese, bagels, yogurt, juice,cereal, fruit, waffles- the works- best continental breakfast I have ever had! Will stay here again when visiting southern California!

Review 32：Booked a nonsmoking room with 2 doubles. At check in, got key to room, but when we got to room, the key fit but the room was already occupied and a mess. Went to receptionist, could only get a queen bed room, not what we needed or wanted. Tiny breakfast area, four tables, bad coffee and limited selection of prepackaged breakfast type items. Not likely to choose this chain again.

Review 34：Unfortunately there was an issue with the toilet for some reason? It kept plugging up and would not flush. Had to call maintenance twice during our stay. Was an inconvenience but, was resolved in a timely matter. Just wonder why the water pressure seemed to be a bit weak. One other problem that occurred was the door got stuck and we could not open it from the inside. Was going to call the front desk but saw a maid through the window, flagged her down and she came and opened the door with her pass key. That happened on the second day of our stay. Day one there was no problem at all with the door.

Review 90：My reservation was changed to a later date by an employee of the hotel. That created a big problem because I had to wait for 30 min, while my reservation was found, and everything was booked for that day. Who knows how I got a room for the night, but I'm glad I did or else I would of slept in the car. The air conditioner made to much noise and leaked water.

Our destination was Disneyland but we wanted a quality hotel with a moderate price.We stayed for couple nights and there was nothing that bothered us. When we came back to our room for the second night, everything was clean. The bed sheets were replaced and even the soap bars were replaced with new ones. Service was more than excellent

Review 107：After checking in went to room turned on A/C then left for our event. After the event returned and it must have been at least 80 degrees in the room went to office didn't have another room. I decided to just drive back home at after midnight. I still haven't seen a credit on my card as of yet. Probably will not ever try that place again. Buy the way this was the manager special just loved the room he selected for us!

Review 109：Had a table & two chairs in the room & a comfortable Queen bed.Also, counter space in the bath area. There were lots of familiesstaying there so we thought it might be noisy but it was not. Also goodbreakfast.

Review 110：We went down for the breakfast thinking it closed at 10:00 am. It was 9:02 and the front desk clerk said it closed at 9:00 wouldn't allow us to even get a small pastry to go. I own a small business and the quickest way to lose customers forever (as in our case) is to not bend the rules a little when necessary to have a happy customer. We used bookings.com extensively in Europe last year and never had an issue with any of the hotels we stayed in, so this one was a surprise.

I don't care for rooms with the outside door right there and also because when people would pull in, their headlights would shine in your window.
