Review 1：Kind of an industrial location but not bad. The gal at the front desk was a bit unprofessional as she was texting with her knees propped up on the desk when I arrived. But she was friendly and prompt in tending to me. Breakfast was fine, just very limited.
Review 2：This is a bare bones hotel but that's all I needed. It was clean and functional. I liked not paying for amenities I wasn't planning to use. Easy access to highways and UND campus.
Review 3：The service was poor with a sad looking staff. The girls at the counter weren't very happy go lucky tipes. The breakfast was a disaster, nothing but poorly made muffins and bread sad there wasn't even butter.
