Review 1：The rooms were dated. Need attention to room repairs. Plug plate was hanging upside down. There was a rag wrapped around shower head with a rubber band.

Review 5：The bed was hard and convex. It was obviouly jacked up in the center to compensate for a wore out matteress. It was like sleeping on cardboard covered concrete on a slant! The mini- fridge was noisy and the toilet angled toward the wall.

Review 17：Liked the Texas theme. The rooms were fairly spacious. The back sliding glass doors, adjacent to parking, made packing and unpacking a breeze.

Review 18：The tile floor was filthy. My son walked around barefoot for just a little while, and the bottoms of his feet were black and grimy. Someone's old bobby pin was still on our bathroom floor, so it obviously hadn't even been swept thoroughly. When I informed someone at the front desk, I received the lame response of "Oh...well I know they mop the rooms." All the fixtures and furniture were of cheap quality and outdated. There are no elevators--a fact that was not volunteered by the staff when we checked in.

Review 21：We ordered breakfast to our room. It was delivered without eating utensils. We called and ask for them - they never brought them. I told the front desk staff when I checked out and he asked me if I called them back? Really didn't care. I then realized I had left my earrings, I called the hotel several times and could not get an answer. When I did get someone later that eve I felt they really didn't get the information from me about my earrings, they didn't care.

Review 22：The rooms had a musty smell and much smaller than I thought. Staff was not friendly and the food was not great. Very disappointed!

Review 26：I work in the hospitality industry. Several times during our stay the room key was deactivated. Each time we went to the front desk, the staff made us new keys without asking for identification to verify we were the registered guests in the rooms.

Review 34：1. Upon entering the room, found a wadded up washcloth on the bathroom shelf. Didn't know if it was clean or dirty but was not about to use it. 2. When making coffee, one of the packs with sugar, creamer, napkins, etc. was found to have already been opened and the creamer was missing. 3. Plugged in the hair dryer and in about 2 minutes the power plug started to sound like a smoke alarm. Left it unplugged for the remainder of our stay. Not our best stay at the YO. Previous visits have been excellent.

Review 54：TV was very poor, room was dark. Housekeeping left dirty linens in hallway and dirty tray from room service from another room. Outside doors were left open. My husband moved the tray and dirty linens outside so we did not have to walk around them and closed the doors. It was a very busy weekend but there is no excuse for this. The hotel lighting is not very good on the outside. The hotel needs a lot of updating!
