Review 1：Wind was howling, ND usual. Cold air was coming in window area and it was difficult to get the room warm. One desk staff person was unfriendly which never leaves a good impression.
Review 2：Beds were super comfortable. Towels were clean and plentiful. Room was very clean.
Review 3：Our room didn't have a desk chair. We asked the front desk and we' were told that our room wasn't a suite so there was no chair. However our daughter had the room next to ours and they had a chair. Plus I thought the rooms were over priced.

Review 5：The pillows were too soft (no neck support!) When we asked at reception if we could get firmer pillows, the response was " that's all we have."
Review 6：The hotel is new and clean, with fresh modern decor. The facilities were great, with a guest laundry, pool, gym, and business centre all available. The art work depicted local scenes which was a nice touch.
Review 7：This felt like an upscale hotel in every way until breakfast: powdered eggs? Really? The rest of the choices were also very limited and disappointing. When I arrived all of the juices were empty, but finally filled as I finished my breakfast.

Review 9：The hotel was comfortable, conveniently located, clean and quiet. Appreciate getting a good breakfast there so can get off to a good start and leave earlier to next destination.
Review 10：Our only complaint (and it's really nothing) was that we all found the pillows way too soft! Next time we will just bring our own - problem solved :)
Review 11：This was not the hotels problem, but hockey teams were staying there. The parents allowed their children to swim without watching them. These kids were running around, pushing each other in the pool, holding onto the basketball rim, pulling plants out of the pots. My kids are 3 and 6, there were 12 years old going down the tiny slide in the kid pool. We told the staff at the front desk and he was very appreciative and looked as though he was going to take care of the situation. By that time we just went back to our room.
