Review 1：Was double charged for one night's stay, still not rectified! The check in man was nowhere to be seen when we arrived and the phone was ringing off the hook. He gave me what turned out to be another person's registration to sign, then called me out of bed to "rescan my card" , to the correct registration PROMISING I WOULD NOT BE DOUBLE CHARGED. I was double charged. Manager primaries to fix by discounting our stay to $69. Didn't happen.

Review 4：I had less guests than expected and the person at the front desk, Erica, was so very helpful in finding me another room for only 3 people instead of 6. It had a jacuzzi and the girls (12 yrs old) absolutely loved it!!! We definitely recommend this hotel and plan to do it again in the future.

Review 8：When we checked in, we had to wait ten minutes for a CART,!!! There were three more customers still waiting when we got our cart. We hurried as best we can, and when we returned, they were still waiting. Same experience checking out. Clerk confirmed they only had two carts. A stupid economy that punishes the customers

Review 10：Wonderful staff, amenities and delicious breakfast!!! Wish the pool was open longer, but we will always stay with comfort suites. We have stayed probably 20 times in many different comfort suites and everyone exceeds our expectations!

Review 11：The A/C did not work and I informed the staff but they did not give me another room because they were sold out...it was Valentines. I am more disappointed because they did not try to fix the A/C nor offer a free stay for my troubles. Will not stay again.
