Review 1：The large Jacuzzi was so lukewarm we shivered and the lovely indoor pool was unheated, so very cold in November. If these 2 would have been heated to reasonable levels we would certainly stay there again.

Review 3：The apartment was very spacious. It was decorated and furnished to a very high standard and it had excellent storage space. It represented outstanding value for money and we will definitely return for another stay

Review 4：The worst thing was, the bed...was a too hard and a little bit sweaty with the mattress protector on! Our apt was ground floor, and didn't have a very exciting view. If asked for advice, I'd recommend the Tulip building. The morning sun on their balcony would have been better.

Review 5：The pool was very nice and the poolside facilities etc were excellent. The staff were lovely and the place was very clean and well cared for. TV service as well as internet access was excellent. Maybe a TV guide would have been handy...perhaps there was one...I didn't find it.

Review 27：Our apartment 45 had a very small balcony and as the resort appeared to be virtually empty I don't understand why we weren't given a bigger one and one nearer to the pool. The pool area is very unattractive and the outside area is just laid to stone some of which are very sharp. There is also on going building work which was quite noisy and which I think will get worse.

Review 30：I really liked the apartment. It was so new and clean and luxurious. A wonderful cleaning service every day was so appreciated. Our flight was 5pm the day we left and we were allowed stay in the apartment until 3pm, that clinched it for me, it was great to have one last day at the beautiful beach.

Review 88：Everything is quite automatic "on code" (entering the gate,getting the keys from the code-safe, opening the garage, entering theroom), almost no personnel needed ;) The apartment is spacious, thekitchen hyper equipped (esp. Separated freezer, plenty of cuttlery,plates, etc.). The pool is fine. The sea is aprx 20 minutes walking.

Review 89：The service is non existent. We arrived and had to pick up the key through a key box to which we had the combination mailed to us before. This combination was wrong so we had to ring a bell at reception to ask for help. The person answering the phone was seriously annoyed by our problem of not being able to get the keys. First she hung up the phone and swore at me twice. For this price I was shocked about the lack of service and friendliness. Also the room was freezing cold when we arrived. Not a nice start. Very disappointing overall. Big shame, as the place is very nice.

Review 93：A car is a must. If you want to do groceries or go to the beach you need a car. It's situated in an area with a lot of villa's. So the prices are high (restaurants, supermarkets). We paid 20,- euro for wifi in the apartment (for a week). In the reception area and the pool area it's for free.

Review 94：The apartment we stayed in had a lot of space and was new. Everything we needed was available. Good value for money.

Review 95：I had on issue with the reservation: I was looking for rooms /apartments for a family of 6 people, including 2 adults, 3 teenagers and1 child and I ended up booking an apartment that was actually suitablefor 8 people. I also had another issue, related with cleaning. Thereshould be facilities cleaning services and because we were asleep atabout 10/11am the maid wasn't able to do the beds and clean theapartment and they did not come back later in that day. So we ended upwith no cleaning on the room on Saturday or during our stay.
