Review 1：Hotel is getting a little long in the tooth. Could use some updates. Food was less then average for continental. Coffee is horrible my wife and sister say.

Review 11：The pool area closes at 11, including all the hot tubs. Having the option of a quiet soak in the courtyard hot tubs after hours would be a good idea (for adults only though).

Review 13：the price is very high and if your going to have a senior rates it should be everyday of the week, not just Sunday to Thursday. if you go to a restaurant they don't say you can't eat today as a senior because it's the weekend .the showers in the bathrooms are not great, very poor water pressure that comes out, takes forever to rinse my hair .

Review 14：I love the main floor courtside rooms, after a long day of shopping it's nice to relax by the patio table listen to the waterfall, or sit in one of t he many hot tubs. rooms always very clean and has everything you need.

Review 15：Room off the courtyard can be noisey. Room had a joining door to room next door which allows you to hear the ppl next door. Both are issues you can avoid by asking to not have either type of room if you need the quiet. Pillows are small like all hotels. Be nice if they put two or three regular size pillows on the bed instead of 4 or 5 small ones.

Review 16：Hotel is in a good location across the street from the mall. Lots of places to eat nearby. Lots of hot tubs to use and they were all at a good temperature. The balconies off the courtyard rooms were very nice. Nice large HD TV in room. Also the microwave and fridge are handy. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Great selection.

Review 17：When we got into the room all of the lampshades on every single lamp was turned upside down so the bulbs were exposed (?) so I had to go and turn them all the right way. The remote did not work for the television itself, but it did work for the cable box. We just used the buttons on the tv to turn it on and off and for the volume. The shower was very hard to turn on, I had to pull it up hard and hold it for a few seconds to get it to stay on, and there was not very good water pressure.

Review 19：We were in a room with an adjoining door and it was hard to get to sleep as our neighbors were talking for a long time, not loudly but enough to prevent us getting to sleep. Also loud noises in corridors, banging doors and loud voices disturbed us.

Review 21：The breakfast isn't "awesome" but it's okay. If you like waffles and yogurt for breakfast, you'll be just fine. If you're a scrambled eggs person, not so much.

Review 22：For the price, it's pretty damn good. You get a super comfy bed, a nice clean room. All of the inside (courtyard) rooms have either a balcony or patio so you can sit at a big table or leave your stuff there while you simmer in one of the many hot tubs that are available. Also, the hotel is nice and close to all of the stores we really like to visit while we're there.

Review 23：The noise at 1-3am was horrible. We could actually hear the whole conversation of the people next door. Not good when you are tired and NEED rest for medical reasons.

Review 45：Our room was 225. The space was clean with a king bed and fridge (love that). Only complain was it was 66 degrees and we could only get the temp up to 68. When we called the front desk the girl came up awhile later and took a look, but it didn't change. She offered a space heater which we declined for the night but accepted the next morning. After covering the cold air vent by the window and turning on the heater for a very short time the room was very comfortable. It wasn't cold in the room to start just a bit chilly but great for sleeping. If you stay in this room just get the heater to start and all will be perfect!

Review 46：On Monday and Tuesday evening from 5-7 they offered a wonderful selection of appetizers of veggies and dips, egg rolls, brownie bits on evening and the second evening the egg rolls werereplaced by a pinwheel-type roll and a parfait type dessert. Plus fresh fruit was offered. The complementary breakfast offered a wonderful assortment from waffles with fruit toppings to sausage, eggs, biscuits, yogurt, muffins, variety of breads, fresh fruits and cereals. Beverages consisted of juices, hot chocolates to flavored coffees. I must say there was something for everyone

Review 47：I love that there are a number of hot tubs and that they are semi private. this makes it more relaxing. We also love the king bed. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The variety of food they had was pleasantly unexpected. Good Job, we will definitely be coming back sometime.

Review 48：We had a bad stay because the first room was very noisy because of the pump for the hot tubs and pool pump was there. It was a winning noise & loud humming noise. We called down to desk and said it would turn off at 11Pm which it did. We had to keep TV on till it turned off. Our second room was on second floor and the air conditioning didn't work. Which was called in when we returned from our day. So wasn't noticed till that evening that air condition didn't work. It seem to be just this one room none of the other rooms had this problem.They brought us a fan which didn't help and then brought us another sort a fan. Both were very noisy. Of course being 4 adults it didn't cool off. We were told we could move to two different rooms but this was at 11:00 so there wasn't much use of doing that.and we were ready for bed. They took $100.00 off our room. I still not sure if it was enough for the in convince we had with both rooms.

Review 49：The location was great. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The beds were very comfortable & rooms clean. The staff very helpful and try to make us comfortable as they could.

Review 50：Location of room - even though it opened to the courtyard, the waterfall helped to reduce the noise from other patrons. Enjoyed the tables and chairs outside the room in the courtyard - gave it a homey feel, like sitting outdoors at home.

Review 51：The shower head in room 118 would only provide coarse patterns. One of our mag stripe entry keys cards had to be reprogrammed 5 times during a two day stay (it should of been scrapped and a new card issued).

Review 52：C'mon Inn in Grand Forks ND is located in the heart of the shopping district. Its easy to find and has generous parking. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful and the interior courtyard design is a great place to hang out during winter visits..

Review 53：The air was not working in te room. Very humid and hot. Spoke to front desk said to wait a hour or so. Still did not work. Called front desk moved us to another room @ 9pm. New room tv was not working. Called front desk said be right down. Came by 20 min later. Told us we needed a new remote. Said be right back. Called front desk 20 min after. Said she was tied up and would be down shortly. I replied forget need to get some Sleep as we don't know when they would come. When you rent a room you expect that you can go in it with working ammeneties so you can get comfortable and relax. As you can see this is not happen and was far from it. Would I come back? I would give it another try but would definetly not pay the same rate for poor, no customer service stay. Dissapointed as the staff could of called and told us we would be a little bit as to letting us hang unknown.
