Review 1：Poor cleanliness level, poor breakfast variety, no cleaning the room during my stay (5 days), no emptying the rubbish bin, bad smell

Review 4：the location is very good ,in the old town, can view the sea and the three high building at the balcony. it is just near the Maiden Tower. the breakfast is really poor, but I asked the cooker fried some eggs for , and she did for me. The staffs are very kind and of help. There is not a lift to the upstairs, but the staffs will help you carry your baggage to the room.

Review 5：It is rather run down and the pictures show a much shinier and cleaner reality. Showers are pretty bad, but they have hot water so that was good enough.

Review 6：pretty decent place, but I don't have anything to compare it to in Baku. Staff are very helpful, they told me how to find certain bus routes and looked up info on the Internet for me. Only one of four I met speak English, but I speak Russian so that didn't matter much to me. I was surprised that my single room came with a refrigerator, that was great. I really cannot complain for the price is good and the location fab.

Review 7：I stayed three nights. Not once did they clean my room, make the beds or empty trash. Breakfast is Russian style with poor selection served on way too small plates that constantly was empty causing me to go to the kitchen asking for refills every morning. Not much English spoken by staff.

Review 23：We had the big studio with balcony on the 4th floor with nice view from the top (~270 deg) on the Baku, sea. Location, breakfast were ok!

Review 24：Finding the place 2 am was a bi..h, nobody knew. Basicly no acess with your car, no parking and as in old town, you must pay for driving near. breakfast was pretty boring and "soviet"

Review 31：The Hotel is within the Old City, so it can be very hard to find it, specially at night. The staff is not really fluent in English and could have more knowledge about transportation in Baku and to the suburbs.

Review 33：Very low water pressure in the shower - either too hot or too cold. Unacceptable. Very difficult to find - no one knows where it is! We had the delux room with roof, nice idea but could do with table and chairs to make the most of it. Poorly managed in general. No cleaning in 3 days, not enough towels or toilet paper. The carpet needs replacing.

Review 40：We booked room with sea view, but they didn't give us such one. We could see only broken wall from our windows. Also there was noisy air condition near our windows which we could hear when windows were shut. The staff refused change our room and advised us to change hotel. That's why we moved to another hotel.

Review 43：It's wounderful hotel, In the middle of the Old town. All hotels in this region bit expensive, so this hotel I think much better than others. Rooms middle size with wide balcoons. Bed sheets and linens are clean. Breakfast is excellent, healthy, buffet. It's not luxuary hotel, but very comfort, simple and accurate. For this price at this place I think it's excelent choice. Next time in baku will stop there again.
