Review 1：Smoking in the rooms, no cookware...did not make sense to have a kitchenette that was not able to be used. The smell throughout the building was rather over-intoxicating and has remained in clothing since I left. The transition to become InTown Suites needs to happen asap.

Review 7：This hotel is in the middle of transition of ownership. It was filthy,and staff was rude. The "head" housekeeper was awful; we sawher taking an ironing board home at the end of her shift no wonder theplace is not stocked. I had to beg for two extra pillows, they were oldand flat that came out of storage. I also had to ask for a blanket therewasn't one on the bed. The room we were in had a door that went tothe Lobby and it did not have a lock on it. They put a dresser in frontof the door for a "LOCK". I was completely appalled at thisfacility. Oh the laundry facility didn't have any soap/ softenerto purchase. It was filthy there was a dead roach on the floor the placewas disgusting. I am sorry that I ever booked here. I will never return.

Review 9：Well the place was filthy.. Didn't have blankets to cover up with called front desk and they said they were out of blankets. Kitchen had no utensils to be able to cook while there.

Review 11：The hotel in general wasn't that clean. No 24/7 front desk services. We stayed for 4 nights and when we asked for more towels, we were told maid services only switched out towels on Tuesdays (she gave us new clean towels, but I still thought that was gross).

Review 12：The room was well below our budget, so that was nice. It was also in a decent location relative to things we wanted to do on our trip. The room also had a full kitchen.

Review 13：Area of the hotel was noisy ...Even though it was a non smoking hotel I could smell smoke. Some repairs to the molding in the room needs to be taken care of. Took longer than it should have to get checked in but seems like they were short handed by choice or not who knows.

Review 14：Amenities were great. So much was offered in our room. I needed a place to stay near the airport that was affordable and this place served it purpose. I would stay again If I was in the area even though I don't like the hectic noisy city location.

Review 23：The room had an odor I couldn't identify or get rid of - even when I brought in my own air freshener. Previous occupant's trash under kitchen sink. Kitchen cabinetry needs to be replaced. No refund for early departure policy. Front desk closed 11pm - 7 am.

In the absence of any responsible management, I checked out and requested the return of mycash payment which was refused by year rude and dishonest manager

The second floor hallway had a dirty tipped over couch and a nasty box spring and mattress just outside the elevator, the floors were dirty and the ice machine was so nasty I was afraid to get ice.

Review 39：This is suppose to be a NON-smoking facility. They even have a sign onthe doors saying no smoking within 100ft of the doors. The"residence" step three windows away from the door (maybe 20 -25 ft) and light up. The management doesn't do anything aboutit...even at eleven o'clock at night (the smell woke me up). As Iwas on the ground floor and this happen to be the window to my room, mypersonal items I had in the room have that smoke smell. Also when Iwalked into the room you could smell it. I ended up checking out twodays early and since they don't offer refunds I had to spend thatmoney all over again. The kitchenette was suppose to be full function...Not sure how with no cooking pans or utensils.

Review 45：Room service is either non exsistent or never checks on u or jus rude unless u go to them most staff poorly trained and seem to be annoyed I asked for toilet paperpaper one Lady replied she had to charge a dollar because they're cash drawer was short hotel isn't clean lots of strange male guests hanging around in hallways some asking for drugs or sex security guard very rude told my friend waiting for me in parking lot she needed to leave or he'd call the police and he argued and cussed at me when i accidentally locked my key in my room all doors are locked at 11 pm but they're broke so u can only use 2 outside doors all the way in back or on the other side of hotel to get in with ur key card keys for just randomly stop working no blankets unless u ask and the ones given to me had holes or ripped no extra pillows coffee in lobby never fresh or refilled you always have to wait for front desk employees to return to desk rude and charge right away if ur a few minutes late to renew room or check out pop/vending machines always empty or a couple don't work very ghetto they need to lower prices

Review 46：The room was clean and fully equipped. The staff was considerate, and very helpful. It was well worth the extra five bucks for the night to go a little further down the street.

It was a BAD experience even for the value. I should have paid attention to the other reviews and spent the extra $9/day at another hotel. Property looks great from the outside, but inside it's a disgusting mess.

In our first room, the room was not evenprepared even after we showed up 2 hours later and check in.There waspaint all over the floors, animal hair everywhere: on the beds on thefloor, stains on the uncovered pillows,I use coffee Pouch on thecounter...There was no paper in the bathrooms. The staff said there wasno more toilet paper. We had 2 go to Dollar Tree to buy some. The frontdesk closes, so if you need anything in middle of the night it was toobad. Came In one night, And our room keys did not work. No explanationwas be given as to why. We had no iron in our room. We even came in onenight and there was a bail bondsman in the lobby with one of the guests.

Still dirty, missing cabinets, holes in comforter, musty smell, ac knows were broken so it was on 24/7 so window had to be open or we would have froze to death. Asked front desk for toilet paper, a reasonable request, I am told they are out, seriously? Had to go to the store to buy my own TP. Place was the worst. Don't do it people.

From 10:45 pm to 2:23am someone's dog kept barking and I tried to call the front deskseveral times and no one answered. I called in the am when I left andleft my name and number with desk clerk and was told she would give itto the manager and have him call me. To this day I still have notreceived a call( 2 days later). I am a regular there and I know how itused to be and sorry to say that since new management took over thestaff is poor with their customer service skills.

Review 106：There were scuff marks on the walls and the elevator honestly made some pretty scary sounds. But, it was not really a big deal - I have scuff marks on the walls at my house too so who am I to judge!

We had to be in a smoking room because we made our reservation last minute, and it smelled a little, but we really just needed a place to sleep and shower so we were good. We liked that it was so close to a few restaurants. The staff was super great.

We did not get housekeepping for the entire stay of four days. The bed was not comfortable and the bedspread had several smoke burn holes. Worn and shaggy carpet throughout. We chose this hotel to be able to cook meals; however, there were insufficient cooking pans/utensils available.
