Review 1：We arrived late at night. However staff were very helpful. Especially when we lost our way coming from the airport and had to telephone them for directions

Review 5：Resort is excellent but the property is very dark, dated and depressing. Looks like nothing has been done to it since the 1970s. Accommodation very poor in comparison to the ones owed by Diamond on the resort.

Review 6：There is possibly a range of villas and ours was at the lower end. It was tired and needed some attention. No matter how reasonable the price is, do not expect to see cockroaches in the kitchen nor stains on the bedroom carpets. Given that you have to pay for WIFI, it's reasonable, I believe, to expect a semi-decent standard of connection, that was not the case. Connection was horrendous

Review 12：1. The house seems to have been locked up for a long time. Smelled musty but after opening the windows and sliding doors, it was ok. It would have been nice to be escorted by someone at reception or that the house was ventilated before we arrived. 2. Since the house was not used for a long time, the water came out brown (rusty/dirty) and we had to run it for a few minutes before using it. Would have been great if someone had done it before we arrived. 3. Dishes and glasses were clean but dusty and needed a wash since house was closed up for so long. 4. The restaurants are poor quality. They are a total miss. Cheap, cheap, food. Not golf clubhouse worthy. Breakfast restaurant also poor. 5. Insufficient staff at all restaurants. 6. The MUSIC at the Bobby Jones clubhouse. Awful. Yeah, some people danced, but, it was either that or hang. Surely, the music can improve. With such a captive audience, this place has room for a LOT of improvement. it's a great place that is suffering slow neglect.

Review 13：1. Availability of 2 and 3 bedroom houses for bigger families or if traveing with elderly parents. 2. On-site supermarket, restaurant, parking, pools, etc. 3. Quality garden furniture. 4. Fully equiped kitchen. 5. Enough linens and towels.

Review 16：Six of us (4 adults and 2 children) shared a 2 bed standard accommodation for one night. Everything was great apart from the sofa 'bed' which my wife and I slept on. It was totally unsuitable having only a very thin mattress. We then moved to a diamond apartment and this was significantly better and the sofa bed was very comfortable.

I would hope that my Villa was one of the worst in the Complex , otherwise your company is in serious trouble .

Review 24：Didn't like waking up with the noise of the garden irrigation system during the night and waking up again at around 7 am with the first airplane taking off the nearby Faro airport. There was no daily cleaning: cleaned 3 times in a 8 nights stay, although there was daily litter removal. Very expensive wifi access. Villa with an outdated decoration. Not within walking distance from the beach. Didn't like the mosquitoes and midges at night.

Review 25：Great surroundings, with well-trimmed gardens and a view of the golf course. Large pool with a naturally shaded area (pine trees) with lounge chairs. Villa with all household appliances required for cooking/washing.

Review 32：The apartment was so old, small and dark. The photos I saw on the website were for the diamond premier apartments which looked lovely also they were trying to sell as time share weeks, were nothing like the one that we were given. We felt we had gone back 20 years. It had that old musty smell a lick of paint wouldn't have gone a miss! The guy at reception seamed to know what I was talking about as he said I didn't book the premier one??? There was no others available to change to. It spoilt what was our 25th wedding anniversary week getting the teenagers together.
