Review 1：The heater/fan unit was covered in black dust that took 5 kleenexes to get the big stuff off. The bathroom had something yellow in the toilet and bits of lint, fabric and dirt on the floor. Rest of place was clean.

Review 2：Comfortable place with very friendly and helpful staff. Was under construction so that created some issues; no lobby, small breakfast area. Some noise from freeway. My room should have been cleaned before I came in. The chairs were dirty, stained and I wouldn't sit on them.

Review 3：very comfortable room/bed/pillows - i usually have a tough time sleeping in a hotel, but no problem here. must have zonked out as soon as i hit the pillow.

Review 4：The shampoo & liquid soap dispensers built into the shower was empty. No alternate bottles on the sink or counter. How do you shower appropriately ?

Review 5：The breakfast eggs and sausage was uncooked, we had people upstairs were running in the hall at 11:30pm we should of called the front desk but I don't think it would of stop. The lights were hard to keep on.

Review 6：We were able to check in a little early so we could get ready for a funeral. It was clean and had a coffee maker.

Review 7：It was loud the entire visit, AC didnt work so it was extremely hot in the room window open was too loud, traffic and people talking and yelling outside. TV wouldn't work it was late check in and the staff was over worked coughing wit out covering her mouth and looked miserable.

Review 9：We stayed for 3 nights and four days. We asked for the Bride suite and was informed it was not available only to find out it was booked for Saturday night only. We would have booked it for the entire weekend. Our room was never serviced during our stay. The front desk was consistently understaffed.

Review 10：We came for the 2015 Valentine Day Weekend. It was a schedule of dining mixed with wine tasting. The location was great for both, and an easy to drive to the all the wineries and downtown fine dining.

Review 12：The breakfast was very nice! Cynthia Segura was always cheerful and made us feel like home while keeping everything clean. Nice lady to have help the guests!! The pool was great and the pillows very soft. Pretty room, too.

Review 13：We could smell smoke on the third floor, we stayed in room 309 on Friday and Saturday night. It was very scary. We would like some compensation for our troubles, when we were checking out the manager was not available and we were told to call. I do not feel this is appropriate handling of the situation!

Review 14：Customer service was not really friendly. Low staff. Lights turn on and off. Soap dispensers. Makes you feel like you need to save everything shows lack of everything. Worst experienced.

Review 16：The front desk clerk was pretty clueless and had a great deal ofdifficulty finding our reservation in the "Booking.combinder". He stated that we did not have a reservation and he didsmile when he announced that. I laughed and told him to figure it out asI wasn't leaving. He apologized or at least attempted to when themanager came to the rescue and upgraded us without question.

Review 17：Booking.com was a breeze. Everything went well in spite of there notbeing any rooms available in the greater Bay Area due to some bigevents, namely the goodbye concert at the old Candlestick Park.

Review 18：It took me a couple of tries to be able to access the WiFi and it would log me out a lot too. But I only needed it briefly so it wasn't a huge issue.

Review 19：I came to Livermore to visit a cousin and take some Vacation time. It was excellent!! The staff is friendly. My room was perfect size and even though we were next to the freeway it was super quite inside!!! The Breakfast in the morning were yummy too.

Review 20：No hand soap at sink. Bathtub stopper did not work (had to plug with wash cloth so my wife could bathe). No wash cloths on the 3rd day. Charged the wrong room rate (more than quoted on Booking.com), which I had to get corrected.

Review 22：the bathroom was old and they couldn't find my reservation even with me showing my confirmation on my phone. then all of a sudden my name pops up!!! im sure she just made me the room right there considering I needed 2 beds I have a 2 year old and I like her to be independent with sleeping. I ended up with a smaller room and 1 king bed.. not cool I slept on a roll away and gave my daughter the bed.

Review 24：Noisy air conditioner Air conditioner was hard to adjust, either too hot or too cold. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Not a good breakfast. Lack of concern by staff at checkout when complaints were mentioned.

Review 29：Great hotel, good location if need to spend a night before arriving to San Francisco or catching a flight out of SFO. Clean, fast check in, all amenities were present in the room including a microwave and refrigerator. Definitely recommend.

Review 30：1.the 2 phones in our room did not work the first 20 hrs 2.the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser fell off the wall 2 days after we checked in and wasn't repaired until the day before checkout.(we stayed 7 nights)so we just used our own products.

Myhusband is disabled and he had had medical procedures that day andwasn't feeling well so they gave us a room 1st floor close to themain desk for his convience. He ended up having some bad issues laterthat day and they were extrememly helpful with information on er roomsand directions and so forth. I counld not have asked for anyone morecaring and helpful. We will stay there again.
