Review 1:they pre-authorised my card before my stay and I paid cash when I got there so paid twice and it took 4 days to have the money refunded.

Review 2:very close to airport, great breakfast and comfortable room.

Review 3:The traffic on Tower Road was pretty noisy but not intolerable.

Review 4:I was pleasantly surprised with this Quality Inn. We hadn't planned on staying overnight near the airport, but a snowstorm changed our minds. I figured for the price we wouldn't get much, but I was wrong. I would definitely stay there again.

Review 5:There was an unpleasant smell in the elevator.

Review 6:Not many options at DIA but this was easy to get to on the shuttle and check in was easy and shuttle picked me up early the next morning.

Review 8:The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle from the airport was available even when I landed at about 1am the day after Christmas.

Review 9:There was a problem with the shuttle, it didn't pick me up atthe airport and I had to leave with one from another hotel. Thenext morning, there was snow so the shuttle was 40 minute late(which I understand), but we didn't get any info and I almostmissed my flight.

Review 10:I liked the location, the spacious room and the bathroom witheverything I needed.

Review 11:we asked for a wake-up call at 5am. we got a call at 3:17 right in the middle of deep sleep, and were unable to get back to sleep, which deprived us of much needed rest, and defeated the purpose for which we booked the room in the first place. Our traveling companions who were in a different room, did not get their wake-up call at all, and nearly missed the shuttle. They were unable to prepare properly for the 4hr flight we embarked on, and it was very stressful for them.

Review 13:The restaurant was very cramped the TV wouldn't stay on and when we asked us to have to help us we got the run around $90 may not be a lot to some but for our family it was a lot and it was a very disappointing stay

Review 15:Inadequate first aid kit on site, and no available shuttle service in an emergency during the night in a strange city. Not real eggs at breakfast.

Review 16:HARMONY - the desk clerk saved me at 1:30 a.m.! She went so far over and above to help us when my husband suddenly became quite ill with a very high fever when using the hotel as an overnight stop before a very early morning flight. She lined up medications to be delivered and assured my husband's comfort for our flight. She is a most outstanding employee!!!

Review 17:The bath had hair in the tub, furniture was worn, and they indicated that parking was free. I left the car for a week and they wanted $35, but charged another $5.16 for ... maybe ...tax??? It's not legal to charge state/local taxes on services. We'll never go there again. There's other nice places that offer free parking when you go on a vacation! And, their rooms are cleaner!!!

Review 18:Tacky room, small bathroom. They surprised me with a parking charge of $35 which was not indicated on the website or anywhere on booking.com. That's why I chose this hotel and was not happy to find out there was a hidden charge of that size.

Review 20:Pickup at airport quite slow and 2 different quality inn vans going to 2different locations quite confusing. Van ride back to airport excellent and on time.

Review 21:Staff was rude at check-in (and I had no questions), staff was not helpful when computers were not printing boarding passes. The door to my room was ajar when I arrived - traveling alone very unnerving. No one mentioned shuttle availability or time so I used Uber. It was awful

Review 23:The shuttle is the last stop of maybe 4 or 5 hotels so my baby and I almost didn't fit on it, even though we were the first to sign up for that time slot from the hotel. They squeezed us in, but it was tight. Beware if you're using this hotel for the airport shuttle! Not many spots during prime early hours

Review 24:Mold in bathtub. Drain in bathtub did not drain. No water in room. Transportation to hotel from airport over crowded on van. Way too many people loaded up on this van.

Review 26:The airport shuttle. When booking a hotel near the airport, I am probably not a local, do not know how many other Quality Inn is in the area, and I don't even know where is East or West.. And I don't want to. Easy to find the place of hotel shuttle pick up, but the van with Quality Inn stickers takes you to an other QI - Gateway, not Airport. However the stickers shows both. If driver does not ask you personally than you find it out only int he hotel, and in the middle of the night, waiting other 6-8 pax to check-in is very bad to find out you are in the wrong hotel. The shuttle for this hotel signed "Western". So it is pretty confusing and time wasting.

Review 28:Your staff members were knowledgeable (provided dependable information about restaurants, shuttle, instantly fixed problem with TV, were willing to try to print my boarding pass when I was struggling with the Frontier web site), accommodating and trusting (housekeeper allowed me to borrow a pitcher for a little party).

Review 29:Quiet, relaxing stay....close to airport, good staff. Used an uncrowded pool and hot tub, which is rare. Was impressed by the professionalism at the front desk as well.

Review 32:The booking.com confirmation number did not match the hotel confirmation number. Although I called 3 times before our out-of-town guest arrived past midnight and was assured everything was in order, it was not. When he arrived at the airport and called the hotel to have the shuttle sent, he was told (at 2am) that he had no reservation at the hotel and that they were booked full and Shawn told him that he couldn't help him. Our guest called me at 2am and I called the hotel and spent the time re-confirming what I had already done days before. Ridiculous.

Review 34:I did not receive a wake-up call (later I was told the lines were down, but no one came to knock on my door instead), the shuttle to the airport was 15 mins late, the TV didn't work... Basically all the things one would expect from a hotel for an efficient stop-over didn't work during my stay.

Review 36:The breakfast is highly fattening in nature. Lots of sugary drinks, cakes, waffles, syrups, breads, and fatty fried potatoes & burgers available. There are a few yogurts and a bit of fruit. Highly fattening. Not good.

Review 39:The hotel staff were business-like but lacked patience and warmth as I noticed through their dealing with a fellow guest and also with myself. The breakfast was minimal and very "un-inspiring".

Review 54:My only claim r is that I didn't get a wake up call. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she looked at the schedule and said " yes u were on the list". But then she commented that she didn't get to it because she was busy.

Review 55:We booked 2 king rooms which specifically stated had a microwaves and frigs. Neither one had either. Talked to manager and he seemed puzzled, said every king was supposed to have them. Was unable to supply us with even 1 frig to share between the 2 rooms. On the plus side, he gave us adjacent rooms. On the minus side, shouldn't the manager know if things are removed from the rooms and unless they were stolen, shouldn't they have been somewhere in the hotel? Breakfast was minimal.

Review 56:The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. Pool was nice. Rooms were ok.

Review 57:Staff was great on the phone and in person upon arrival, but the wake up caller and check out employee (which I concluded was the same person) had no customer service skills and no enthusiasm. She seemed surprised that I answered the phone and just said "this is your wake up call" and hung up. Overall good review, but just a couple of items worth pointing out.
