Review 1：We were treated like guests in a home more than a hotel. The manager ms. Saadet was amazing she organized our stay with an amazing hot air balloon ride and our personal tour of cappadocia. We were upgraded to a special room with a fabulous view of the cappadocia valley from our balcony.

Review 9：It is a very unusual Hotel, the likes of which we haven't experienced before. The Architect has retained the Cave effect and modernized the rest of the features. The service was excellent with all the facilities a tourist or traveler would want.

Review 32：-Room 222 as other rooms on the same level is too dark. Impossibleto read or to pack and unpack luggage properly. A nice floor lampis missing.- Shower was not working properly. -minibar was not refilled daily -every morning maids were chatting just by the room window making the sleep experience a pure torture. -towels and bathrobes are well used and even smell. - Spa looks a bit tired, low maintenance, one can see fungus on the ceiling while swimming in the indoor pool on the second day of your stay you might start noticing many details that the hotel management operates the property on the save costs basis.

Review 34：Some Hotel services and products are extremely expensive (such as clothes cleaning and minibar items) which is somewhat understandble. However, you can buy from the marketplace about 100 meters away and for fraction of the price.

Review 35：I stayed in Cappadocia with my wife for our honey moon. CCR was the best hotel and we checked-in a Superior room. The attention to details was incredible, and all personnel were doing their best for us to enjoy our stay to the max. They once decorated our room with candles, roses and balloons, dimmed the lights and put pieces of chocolate on our bed. The place is huge with its historical monuments and natural beauty. SPA was very nice as well. One of my best experiences, and hopefully will come back for our anniversary.
