Review 1：That someone called e days before we arrived wanting me to put up a good faith deposit to come back again within 6 months ...found this way to pushes.

Review 3：Don't like the sewn on sofa cushions, but a very minor thing all in all.
Review 4：Really appreciated having laundry detergent to use -- fantastic not to have to purchase a huge container of it for one wash.

Review 6：Justine checked us in. She was very friendly. The accommodations are brand new and very comfortable. The location was great. We day tripped to Kittery Trading post and Cabela's. We'd stay again.

Review 9：This property is amazing! Imagine your own pied-à-terre amidst all the wonders of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Peter and Justine will ensure your comfort is their top priority and you will be excited to return. As a national traveller for work, I can honestly say that this property hits a high note for me. I will be returning next week and can hardly wait!
Review 10：The unit had a recent renovation and was top notch. Although our hours kept us from face to face interaction with the staff they reached out to us several times before we visited and while we were there and were outstanding! Super gracious and courteous!

Review 12：The staff couldn't do enough for you. Justine called ahead of time to ensure there would be someone there to greet us. It made you feel valued and most welcome. They gave us extra coffee and bedding and provided lots of advice and tips about the local area.
Review 13：The communication with Justine and Peter prior to my arrival was better than could be expected. When we arrived we were so please with everything. The kitchen is all new and well stocked. Bedrooms and living room were clean and comfortable. We were there for a family christening and only there for 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed longer. My nephew lives 30 minutes away so I will be back and I have already referred Capital Resorts to other family members. My compliments to you all for making this a very pleasant stay.

Review 22：This is actually a timeshare that rents it nightly when rooms have not been filled. When doing research I couldnt' find much information on it, which made me a bit nervous. We were so comfortable that we decided to stay an extra night! Pros: -Fantastic kitchen with pots, pans, cups, etc! -Comfortable beds (stayed in 2 BR/2BA unit) -3 miles from Kennebunkport (easy drive and free parking) -Grocery store 1 mile down road All in all a great and fabulous stay!
Review 23：We stayed in the two bedroom suite and could not have asked for a more upscale, clean, and quiet place to stay. The suite was beautifully appointed with every attention to detail one could ask for. We enjoyed every minute we were able to stay there! Terrific service and close to wedding we were attending in Kennebunk. We will return when we can!
