Review 1：I needed to call to have the safe and the coffee maker fixed. They responded quickly. The mattress was too soft.

Review 2：The staff was good. The breakfast was very nice. It was quiet. The rooms need up dating. It was worn looking.

Review 3：The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. You could tell they clean rooms quick without much detail. I had to wipe down the sink & counter. I requested to check in at 1pm when I booked but they wouldn't let us until 3pm so we had to find somewhere to go kill 2 hours.

Review 6：Great breakfast. Towels were very worn and rough. Pillows were horrible as was bed. We had a handicap room, which was spacious, but chair was also worn with burns in it. Refrigerator full of ice... Room was not cheap...

Review 7：Staff at desk were not friendly. They didn't smile or greet us when we arrived. This is HUGE for me. I like the feel of friendly and welcoming staff when I am on vacation. We stayed for 5 nights and paid more than $750.

Review 14：This hotel is a very old refurbished hotel outfitted with decent sheets, keurig coffe maker, granite counter tops etc. However none of that can compensate for the lack of attention to the walls, popcorn ceilings(rooms still smell of ancient smokers)a quick fix of this budget hotel. You get what you pay for. There are better choices

Review 20：Ice Machine didn't work on the second floor and there was no soda machine there either. The tv also was not working properly in our room. The night person working there was also upset that he had to work alone because someone called in sick or didn't come in. So he was a little short when I asked for cold soda which they didn't have. He said that was what the ice was for. Point taken...

Review 96：It was a pet friendly hotel. One of us had a very bad chest infection and had to see a doctor while we were there and the other is allergic to animals due to breathing problems. We would have liked to have been told it was a pet friendly hotel and be in a section where no dogs were allowed. The elevators were not working. There were no coins at the front desk for laundry - we had no vehicle and it was suggested we walk to the nearest store. The walls were paper thin and we were worken up every night by the neighbours even though they were not really noisy. There was a hole under our front door so we had to block it with a towel.

Review 110：Walls paper thin. I could hear conversations in room below me, music playing late at night in room next to me. I could hear alarms going off at 6:10am in another room next morning. Air Conditioning filters were dirty and need to be cleaned or changed. I'm allergic to dust and it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Review 116：To call the place a "resort" is somewhat of a joke. Don't get me wrong, it certainly is relaxing -- but don't expect much. The pool closes fairly early and there's not much to do but sleep at night, unless you're planning to use their slow-but-complimentary WiFi.

Review 118：It is an older resort that should replace the toilets. They flushed very slow and used a lot of water rather than the newer ones several hotels use now a days. The trees were over grown near the balcony blocking any kind of view.

They were dressed shabbily, not necessarilytheir fault as the shirts they wore were unattractive and cheap looking.The front desk area was cluttered and messy with papers stackedeverywhere, including on the floor, side desks, etc. I could see intothe back office which was also messy and shabby looking. The computersystem was slow and the receptionist was unfamiliar with its use andneeded the other receptionist to help throughout the check in process.Not a good first impression.

Review 121：The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and totally satisfied myneeds. The tv (new and large, a plus) and remote both worked as did thethermostat and air conditioning. I did not check to see if there was wi-fi as I didn't require it. The free breakfast was better than mostother similar hotels at which I've stayed. I thought the overallvalue was outstanding.
