Review 1：The location of the room. The hotel was not worth the cost. I would not go back.

Review 2：The room was clean. Our room was located in the back of the hotel and the view was terrible.

Review 3：It's the little extra's you don't expect. They left me extra towels on the door even though I didn't want maid service. When we left they give you a little gift bag with water and Candy… nice touchQ

Review 4：As soon as I booked the trip I received a phone call to introduce herself and to let us know if there is anything we will need upon arrival or during our stay she was available. We've stayed at many hotels and that was the first time we were welcomed prior to arrival. Awesome!!! I asked for something special to celebrate my fiancé birthday and they had chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room. The bed was so comfortable that my fiancé and I almost slept a day away. The rooms were very clean and a decent size. The bathroom was clean and modern. Our stay at the Grand Hotel was so nice. The location of the hotel was right in the center of town. The whole experience was so perfect we hated leaving.

Review 21：The wifi was a bit spotty and didnt always pull up when attempted to access. Also- as a thought- we were lucky enough to have a great balcony overlooking the downtown- but it would've been nice to have some adirondack chairs in front of the hotel for relaxing.

Review 23：There was no wifi internet for three days. No ability to connect by Ethernet. Ruined my stay. Hotel is near Irish bar with live music that is very loud. Last night singer was completely off key and some guests actually went over to complain. There us no common space or outdoor space and rooms are very small

Review 24：Everything was great but if I have to said something I will suggest having more counter space to put your clothes in while you shower. There is only the sink to do that.

Review 25：The location was great, you can walk everywhere in the town. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom nice and big. Our parents rented a house and my husband and I stayed at the hotel, it was our treat!!

Review 29：The Grand Hotel was excellent. Great location right on the main street so it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. We stayed in room 203, which was perfect...the bed was very large and comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious and the deck was right on the corner with views of the river. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 30：The Grand Hotel was the perfect spot for our first trip to Kennebunkport. The location could not have been better, in walking distance to everything. The staff was amazing and the accommodations were a tasteful mix of the old and new! We will be back!
