Review 11：Central location in Zaporozhye close to the river. Very friendly staff who were all very helpful. Good breakfast, dinner and bar. Nice architecture. Also liked what is supposedly the only soccer table game in the city. Highly recommended this hotel.

Review 13：They didn't have a stamp when I checked out (non stamped bills are not accepted by Ukrainian authorities). The flooring of the shower cabin is at floor level (only few centimeters are very slightly inclined). The obvious result is that the whole bathroom floor is inundated when showering. The magnifying glass in the bathroom is not lit, and thus useless. It is also located in an awkward position that would require sitting on the sink's marble to be able to access it.

Highlight the friendliness and the willingness to resolve any questions or difficulty guest. Employees are people with good heart. Rare thing in hotel management, around the world. What did not like was the short time I stayed there. My permanency was impeccable. Highlight the reception, the bartenders and waiters. My English is terrible and I do not speak Russian or Ukrainian. With care, gentleness and attention of the staff. My communication was perfect.
