Review 1：The pool was very quiet but that could be attributed to the time of year

Review 2：I loved the apartment from minute 1... it was modern, spacious and was very well equipped. The location was excellent with the beach and the resort amenities easily reachable by bike. The best for me was the leaving of a basket of fresh bread outside the kitchen window each week morning.. a lovely show off hospitality.

Review 3：You definitely need a car, supermarket and restaurants are not walkable apart from Toucanas on site which is very good by the way. Only thing missing was an ironing board.

Review 4：Fantastic home from home apartment, great size pool, in an impressive area, just 10 minutes from the beach and lagoon.

Review 5：It was very difficult to get in touch with reception. They are closed after 6pm and during the day although the phone seems to be in the front desk, the person in charge sits in an office at the back and rarely hears the phone. For check-ins after 6pm the keys etc. are left with the security guard at the entrance. Although the apartment was confortable I will agree with other clients that the mattresses need updating.

Review 6：We decided to stay in Encosta do Lago as it was one of the few places that allowed for a pet. It was the right choice. Our stay was easy and relaxing, we had a lovely dinner at Tucano´s Restaurant, played tennis and had a hamburger by the pool. We woke up every morning to the sound of the birds and enjoyed our breakfast looking out onto the garden. We will definitely be going back.

Review 7：The cleaning of the appartment shall improve. Specially the pavements/floor. It has to be done better and more efficiently.

Review 8：We have very much appreciated the staff attitude. Spcially mrs. Filomena at the reception. My husband got an health problem on an holiday day, but Mrs Filomena really take action, during her resting day on 1st January 2015 in the evening to help me with what we needed. I think this is a remarkable way to assit the Clients fidelising them and leaving in the visitors and tourist a very pelasant feeling about Portougese attitude.

Review 35：We expected to have the facilities that were advertised, only to findthe pool bar was shut, the Spa was shut and the sauna was out oforder. The restuarant was only open for short time in the evening.Other than the use of the pool there was nothing to do unless youplayed tennis. Very disappointed and had to go out everyday/evening to get shopping or eat out.We were told it was late inthe season, but if apartments are let out then the visitors shouldhave what they have paid for.

Review 37：The place was perfect, we have 2 dogs and we had a arden with our own swimming pool. Our apartment was great, very modern and had everything in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, it was very quiet and having a car we were up and down all the time. I used the Gym and everything was very modern, I would go there again
