Review 1：The biggest problem is that staff speak only Slovakian. It's not easy to understand everything event if you know some Slavic languages. They told me that I can check out at the early morning, but instead there was some angry person at the reception. He asked me to pay and couldn't answer if the hotel has already taken money from my credit card. when I've said that I need to check my credit card report for it he even managed to threaten me with police!!! Due to this I was 1 hour late. The other thing is bed and noise insulation. Bed is very hard and squeaked terribly. And It's no joke, but you can hear when your neighbors are having sex.

Review 3：Without air conditioning and where windows can't be fully opened, it's nearly impossible to get fresh/cold air inside your room - had to open the rooms door for 2-3 hours. Come later to breakfast, and the choice on meals becomes very limited

Review 7：Good location, some 20-25min drive to Chopok. Very good restaurant, I recommend steak with mushrooms - excelent ;) room big enough. Posibility to use sauna nad jaccuzi after skiing ;)
Review 8：Far away from Jasna ski (25 km about 40 minutes of drive).Free-skibus too early at 8-03, but breakfast only from 8-00. The second skibus about 9-40. Very little size of the rooms. In hotel turn off heatings in the night, so in the morning are too cold in the rooms. Some problem with cleaning: only 2 times for 7 days. Hotel give only one peace of soap for all 7 nights and don't give any towel for a child. Wellness - very poor, some equipment not working or work very strange. Very poor breakfast, few hot dishes. Very-very-very hard bed. Wifi working very bad in rooms, too low level of signal every where...
