Review 1：Booking completed online, however very impersonal when conscierge just texted directions for key collection from designated security box. It was discovered beds in 2 rooms not finished being made up. Found missing sheets in cupboard but one Doona cover still in the dryer and no reply from mobile number supplied if any problems.

Review 5：The customer service was beyond terrible phone call after phone call trying to sort things out regards problems with my card then a wrong booking of property. Really great place to stay but do not rely on being able to get hold of anyone nor any information. A bit sad really was stressful booking ended up ringing booking.com due to a phone disconnection to make sure it wasn't a scam that's how bad it was. It really is a gem of a business just need to sort out the customer service.

Review 7：Road noise annoying in main bedroom. Couldn't open blinds as made you totally viewable to street. Needs sheer curtains or tinted glass. Oven didn't work, no microwave instructions (it wasn't obvious) and absolutely no basics such as UHT milk or salt and pepper or oil in kitchen . Also no laundry detergent provided. Very frustrating if you are travellers from interstate and cant bring that stuff with you for a short stay!.

Review 11：The pool wasn't heated. We found one jet producing hot water but it was quite cold. The kids looked forward to the pool the most so that was a little disappointing.

Review 21：Stayed 2 nights in a beautiful, clean, well appointed apartment. Was perfect for 4 friends, close to town shops and eateries. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if heading to Victor for a break.
Review 22：The road noise there's lots of it and it goes on all night. There is a problem with the hot water system seems it has air pockets in it so all the hot taps spit at you. The road noise I suppose you would get use to it and the hot water problem should be an easy fix so overall not a bad apartment.

Review 24：One night there was loud music from a neighbouring unit where the occupants were having a party but this was turned off as soon as we asked for the volume to be turned down about midnight.

Review 59：No control mote for the blinds in the Living area?? No information on arrival -Restaurants, Take Away outlets, Theme parks or entertainment. We did come across another guest's personal detailed information form from Feb 2014 left in the cupboard of his Name, Home Address,credit card & driver Licence. Very unprofessional from the staff of unwind..anyone could of taken this information. My husband is a police officer has seen countless times identity theft.
