Review 1：Staff was very friendly. There was a lot of noise as people slammed doors coming into their rooms. Room was clean for the most part, but there was some mold in the bathroom

Review 2：The location was convenient and within walking distance to restaurants. Everything was very clean and pleasant and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was okay and adequate.

Review 6：The helpfulness and friendliness of staff was top notch. Picking a room that was most convenient and close to lobby and pool was deeply appreciated. The breakfast was very good. The popcorn and lemonade evening snack was the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay there each time I come to Macon.

Review 7：I had to get a room change. My first room had hair and some kind of brown splatters on the sliding bath door. There looked to be blood on the window sheers, stains on the carpet. Second room was cleaner but open electrical connection visible in the closet area.

Review 10：The rooms smelled terribly. When I first arrived, I left to go purchase air fresheners. It didn't help the smell much but we asked the housekeeper to wash all of the sheets and that seemed to help a little with the musky smell.

Review 12：The only change I would make is the locks on the doors are kind of loud, I could hear the people on both sides of me every time they locked and unlocked the doors to leave. This is not a deciding factor in coming back to this location.

Review 13：We had 2 rooms, single bed & double beds in the other. Bathrooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Can't beat the price for a room that includes a microwave, fridge and free wifi. I was pleasantly surprised.

Review 16：the room did have a distinct odor, not offensive, but noticeable-but I have bad allergies. the pool closed at 9pm-with it being inside, we thought it would have been open longer...While not necessarily a bad thing, there was only a shower and no bathtub-but the shower fascinated our boys-it was round and large!

Review 17：The hotel was a very good value for what we paid, easy to check in and out, clean room, safe and well lit, It was a great base for excursions, with a pool to wear the monsters out before bed! We will stay there again. Much better breakfast than many more expensive chains! Not a typical danish/yogurt/fruit...Hot!

Review 22：We stayed in your King suite 302. We were told when we booked the room that it had a King bed and sleep sofa. Unfortunately, it only had a twin sleeper sofa for two adults. One of them was close to 80 years old. It was not a good situation. If we had been informed correctly, we would have booked two rooms.

Review 53：I didn't like that one day, I left my room to return with my door fully opened and nobody was in attendance. All of my personal things were completely open to thieves or robbers. And, when I ask the front desk lady, she was unaware that all the rooms on that floor were left open and unattended. Also, the had went into my room painted and left my room smelling like paint and lacquer. I asked to speak with a manager who was NEVER available or in attendance. When asked to switch rooms to a different one, I was unable to because all rooms had been painted. There were no signs, notices, or instructions from the staff that the hotel would be in renovations. It was completely AWFUL.

Review 57：Upon arrival the front desk employee was outside with what appeared to be a boyfriend and his friend smoking. She came in to check me and two other guest who arrived around the same time. She didn't know how to to change the expiration date for CC and said "that's all I can do!" While I was on the phone making the correction myself with booking.com two seperate guests came down to ask for different rooms as their rooms hadn't been cleaned and the beds weren't made. Also, one of the guest had requested a nonsmoking room and was in a room that "used to be smoking". I asked to see the room we would have before editing cars info and immediately upon her opening the door cigarette odor was overwhelming in the hallway pouring from the room. I had also requested nonsmoking as our children have asthma. She informed me it wasn't smoking but used to be! Overall terrible experience!

Review 59：It was late when we arrived. There was a happy face at the desk. The computer was down and a call had to be made to get it fixed but check-in still only took about 15 minutes. Forgot toothpaste, they took care of that too. Breakfast the next morning was really good!! Would definitely stay again :)

Review 60：It was a good location but they said it was a non smoking room but it smelt like it had been a smoking room. When asked sure enough it had been switch to a non smoking room just 5 days before. Well putting an ionizer in there did not help. They need to change the carpet drapes paint etc. They should know smoke stays in stuff especially if it's been a smoking room since the opening of the hotel. They offered no other room to accommodate us.
