Review 1：the first room had been smoked in but we were moved without any fuss and treated royally thereafter

Review 3：I was able to leave my truck in their parking lot while my wife and I flew to a vacation destination for a week. We stayed there before and after our trip. They were very accommodating.

Review 21：We noticed a mouldy odor when we entered the hallway where our room was located, there was no smell in the room so it didn't bother us. The exterior door to our hallway did not latch closed, no key required to open it, security concern!

Review 22：The first room offered to us had a stain on one of the sheets, when my wife complained to the girl at the front desk she upgraded us to a double king room from the double queen we had paid for.

Review 25：There must have been a lot of other guests who were staying in this hotel for a long period of time and I felt as if I was invading their turf. To get to the non-smoking rooms you had to pass through the smoking rooms from the front desk or go to the breakfast room. As soon as you entered the non-smoking section of the building it smelled like Clorox bleach and was a definite turn off. Room was OK but it was the very basic stuff.

Review 31：I was shopping for Black Friday and was out late Thursday evening. Gotback to my hotel @ 12:30 A.M. and getting ready for bed and my daughterand I were talking. I got a knock on my door at approximately 1:00 A.M.and it was the manager to tell me I had a noise complaint. Are youserious. I was told it was because my T.V. was on and talking. Thesewalls are paper thin. I can hear the people talking in the next room thenext day and I didn't complain. I was not playing loud music orpartying. Trying to get to bed after a long day of shopping. Completelydisappointed that I had a noise complaint due to talking and its theirwalls that are paper thin. Give your head a shake. Maybe the managershould said sorry to the people complaining and acknowledge the paperthin walls and that I was put in an adjoining room!!!!

Review 34：Mini fridges left unplugged and closed. Smelt absolutely terrible in our room after opening. Can hear every little noise from others going in and out all night. Old pick up with a plow scrapped along the concrete (there was no snow) at 3am for a solid hour until another guest finally came out to yell at him. Needless to say didnt get much sleep.

Review 39：Stayed twice this summer as we crossed the country. The individuals on the desk were exceptionally helpful and able to get us room close to our vehicle as my wife has mobility issues. Room was very, very clean, king bed was comfortable and room large and well laid out. Very pleased!!

Review 42：On arrival our reservations were cancelled. They did gave rooms so we were booked in only to find a letter in the room stating our TV didn't work and AC was noisy. They moved us nearer to the office. Everything worked but we couldn't get any sleep cause the staff has the breakfast room TV on loud volume all night and our room is next to it. Minimal work done on the room cleaning, overall probably would not stay here again.

I got what I expected after reading other reviews, and really can't complain. I needed a bed for 7 nights and spent little time there. It was fine.

Review 50：The main doorways were not locked. The hallways were dirty and disgusting. The room smelt of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. After we went out for dinner, we returned to our room, on our way down the hallway, there was an amazing strong smell of pot being smoked. The couple next to us decided to have an extended verbal fight at 1:30 in the morning and did not stop when we knocked on the wall.

Review 51：There were collections of cigarette butts at each of the doors. Although a lovely smoking area was provided, people often smoked by the exits and threw their butts on the ground. The doorways need ashtrays and sweeping. The bedspreads and fabric furniture need replacing.

Review 53：They had no record of my reservation. They offered one price and thencharged more. They don't lock the security doors. Had to navigatearound dirt and debris in the public areas which the cleaning staffignored. Barely slept due to their truckers parking lot outside ourwindow which had trucks starting up all night long, coupled with thea/c clunking loud enough when it turned on and off to startle youawake in the unlikely event you had fallen asleep. The pillows wereeconomy class airline pillows, thin and uncomfortable. They couldn'tbe bothered to set the clock radio in the room, or program out thechannels on the tv the didn't get, most of them, and the wifididn't work. The staff's response: "No one elsecomplained." And again, they proceeded to overcharge us for theworst stay ever. The free breakfast was scant at best and when thingsrun out, they didn't restock. Run away!!
