Review 1：The hotel is located in a place that is close to shops, restaurants and all others. The receptionist is helpful, sociable, frendly. If you like sea view, you can get there in 10-15 minutes. Recently the hotel adminstration provided several new rooms. My room was excellent and new so I was the first guest who stayed in one of those new room. Normal hotel with the least price in Izmit-Kocaeli. And the hotel is quiet. If you want to travel to other cities of turkey, the bus station is not far from it, probably it takes 15 minutes to reach there. I hope that my comment would be useful for you.

Review 3：The hotel is well located n main bus routes with markets across the street, big bazar 3 blocks down, main shopping street 1 block down & clock tower 20 min walk away. The room was clean & wifi worked very well.
