Review 1：Breakfast was nothing and it said breakfast, no ashtray in smoking too., roaches, did not clean too completely, left open coffee I. Room, no sugar or creamers for coffee.manager would not do any kind of refund because we booked on line

Review 3：1st room had roaches and that wasn't going to work. The place reminds you of a old military barracks . And it needs to be remodeled

Review 4：They put our 2 rooms on each different end. It took 2 days to get them to move them closer with no one in the next rooms. The pool to dirty to get in. Ice maker broke. Went to have keys charged 3 times in 4 days. I will not stay there again. Something closer next time. I will book with your company again.

Ishould have walked out and asked for my money back but I was tired anddidn't want to have to try to find someplace else to stay on aFriday night. The room was gross, the sheets were stained. Icouldn't tell if they were clean or dirty. The carpet wasdisgusting. The towels appeared clean but I didn't want to touchanything unless I absolutely had to. I slept fully clothed and changedin the morning. I didn't even shower because I figured I'd becleaner if I just left. I didn't go to the continental breakfastbecause I just had to get away as soon as I could.

The ac didn't work right.There was no remote for the tv and the phone didn't work. Ican't believe that booking.com would even be affiliated with thishotel. If there had been anything else, we would have left. I wouldrather sleep in my car. It was horrible!!!!

Review 28：There was nothing to like. The entire facility was nasty. Ripped carpet, drywall patches, missing electrical cover plates, a bed Fred Flintstone wouldn't sleep on. Just a bad experience all the way around. We booked two nights, stayed about 6 hours and had to move on. I'm surprised Booking.com even had this facility listed. Usually get a good value through this site. Not this time.

Review 29：The hotel was filthy. There were stains on the bed and carpet. Theroom smelled of smoke. The beds were so old it might have been thevery one that Moses slept on. If I wanted to stay in a smoke filledroom, I would've just went to a bar! Also, I've yet to see myrefund for this NOtel! The staff was about as useful as a paperraincoat in a category five hurricane. I wouldn't recommend thisplace for stray animals! Overall my opinion of that NOtel is it wasterrible experience and I would never recommend anyone other than anutria rat be housed there.

Review 31：Horrible room crawling with roaches! Filthy stained towels with hair entangled. We only stayed long enough to find another hotel 50 miles away at 2am. This hotel refused our refund and we only stayed about an hour. Thank goodness for Booking.com for standing behind us and giving us a FULL refund. I just cannot believe that this place is still open!!!

Review 32：Rooms smell,pool is way down at other end of motel at second section.no ice in ice machine ,they were broke,bath tub saged in the middle and bathroom had paint chipping, smoke detector was missing in room, asked for extra blankets,they would not give us any, no extra towels either, I would not stay here again ever.

The staff would say "ok, no problem we will get it right to you" but we waited all week for our coffee maker, and batteries for remote. Pool area was decent though. :) wouldn't recommend it to my friends or family and we will be staying somewhere different next year.

Review 45：Our room was so hot, we had to move to another one. The pool was at another building, and was closed when we put on our swimsuits and went to it. When it finally opened the next day, there were no chairs for lounging and only two chairs to sit on. The ice machine in our building did not work. We had to go to the other building. The laundry facilities were also in the other building. Half of them were out of order. The cleaning woman didn't leave any coffee after we used the two packages that were there. I would have liked to have some the last two days we were there.

Review 46：They moved us to another room without a fuss. It was very quiet. We didn't see any other guests. I guess everyone else was in the other building. We had clean towels every day. I think there are more than one Magnuson Inn in the area. They were probably better than the one we got.

Review 50：My door did not lock when I left out the room so my stuff that I had in my room was not secure and half of my lights in the room did not work. I explain the situation to the person working at the front desk and they did nothing. I will not stay at this place again.

Review 52：The front desk clerk Kadada dial was the most obscene and rude person I've ever met in the customer service industry. Our room was not ready on time and when we asked for a late check out she said she was going to call the police. Our room was not clean, the breakfast was horrible. The worst part is we have stayed here before a couple months ago and it was worth the price we paid then of $35 a night. We had to pay $70 a night and were charged for a ridiculous safe fee we never used. Would not recommend staying here as long as ms Kadada is employed there.

Review 53：Went to check the room, card didn't work. Found dead moth on window sill and 1-2 flies in the room. A/C was on but room was close to 80 degrees. I did not end up staying at the property due to lack of A/C. I told the General Manager of my issues and he has convinced me to give Magnuson one more chance come August. I will update.

Review 54：This place was really run down from top to bottom. It looked like an abandoned motel that had been reopened without anything being done. Halls smelled of mildew, bathroom wad dirty, room was uncleaned. Sheets had blood on them, empty drink cans under the bed. Just a complete disaster.

Review 55：Worst hotel visit I have ever experienced. Very poor customer service by staff. For a party of 5 we had 3 towels to use, no telephone in the room, mold was in the shower. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Review 56：When we got there, there was a spill of ice in the hall way that stayed there for a while putting in danger guest of falling, there was a weird smell on the hall where was too hot my guess is there's no ac there, we had to stay by the bathroom so my kids could take a shower, because the light wouldn't stay on, the ligh by the mirror turned on every time we tossed on the bed and woke my baby up.

There were holes in catpet and cracks in the walls, bathroom fan hanging by wires. Every guest I spoke with were disgusted. Felt like walking into a hot mold box. Carpet was nasty, we left our socks on we had to sleep on top on comforters because when we pulled the covers back the green blanket between the sheet and comforter was dry rotten and falling apart. The room didn't cool down until 4 am. I would sleep in my car before I stay at this hotel chain again even if it was free..........

We got there the office area was appealing, but we drove through the hotel part and it was dirty around the entrance ways and people hanging out by them as well. so when we pulled up to the office, we met a couple that had just got a room and the wife was not liking the looks of the place, but the husband was tired of looking for a place to stay. So we checked out their room and definetly decided to cancel my reservation. the hallways we disgusting and hot, people playing loud music, and the room itself was not clean. The linens did look clean, but that was it. Very disappointed. I won't use this site again.
