Review 1：Bungalows are nice but they needs to be refurbish, closer look shows that everything is dated here. We had a cockroach in toilet for three times, since that you don’t feel so comfortable in the bathroom.

Review 2：The stuff here, is extremely kind and helpful. Beach is just few meters from bungalows. Nice and quiet part of Koh Samui. Close to the Pier.

Review 9：Shower plug hole completely blocked so shower base would fill with water. Very far from everything. A good 30 mins from anywhere. Make sure you have a motorbike or car. Other than that, great place to stay.

Review 10：Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast not buffet so made fresh for you. Great amenities- beautiful clean pool, beach front, very large villas. Villas more like a small house rather than a room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Review 11：The resort is over 20 years old and rooms need a renovation. When renovated price will probably go up.. Matras is to hard and needs to be renewed. Breakfast is poor. Very very small cups of kellogs or yoghurt (two bites). Boiled eggs were boiled so long the egg yellow turned green and egg white grey. Taste was terrible.

Last day we discovered some restaurant at the main hotel strip of Lipa Noi. In the ara of Nikki Beach. easy to reach by motorbike. 5 min driving thru local village and temple area.

Review 13：Only the warm sea water is not clear as it is often the case in Thailand gulf, and you have to walk long before getting in enough water to swim comfortably. The food of the restaurant rather mediocre even if acceptable...

Review 20：Everything. Staff is very helpful, nice and friendly. Great atmosphere, no problem with early check in or late check-out and on the end of our stay we received a great help with solving problem with our bus tickets - Thank You!. Houses are spacious, comfort and clean. Pool is awsome, beach beautiful. The sea is very shallow for many meters, but with a small child is even better and safer. Garden is beautiful and at night You will hear so many nature sounds which is great :) We booked 10 days but we finally stayed there for 20 days (as for us it was the best place on the island). This localization is definitelly not for someone who wants to be the part of evening/night life of Chaweng, Lamai or any other tourists areas but if You want to charge Your batteries, you cannot find a better place. The food in hotel restaurant is delicious and also in the close neighborhood (10 - 15 minutes walking) You can find few local small restaurants with a great food. And every afternoon/evening there is a great street food market in Nathon. We already miss this place and wants to get back there :)

Review 21：There's nothing about the hotel we didn't like, except that staff could maybe try to collect sunbed cushions when it starts raining.. Note that the hotel in a very calm place, and there are no restaurants, shops or bars in walkable distance. Wasn't a problem for us as we rented a scooter, but getting around without taxis (quite expensive for Thailand) or a rented vehicle is almost impossible.

Review 22：Great bungalows - spacious, very clean, luxury interior. Staff was very friendly, the little beach is quite private and there are hammocks and swings which is quite nice. Breakfast good too, small restaurant is open all day but we didn't eat there so I can't say anything about the quality. Scooter can be rented at the hotel.

Review 28：We found this place as it had a special offer on so we booked it. It was stunning, so much room, like home from home. Everything from the bedroom to the marble bathroom, to the quirky turning TV and fridge. Just great. Large pool and relaxing beach. The sunsets are just to die for, deep red skies and beautiful colours. Wish we had stayed longer, next time perhaps.

Review 32：we had some days when there were no hot water for a shower but they fixed it. also a very slow flow in the shower and bath... about 25 minutes to fill a bath! and the small toilet did not work- didn't flush- the fixed it once but then it happend again so we stop using them. all of those thing was in our room and maybe different in other rooms.

Review 33：Graet hotel for those how want quiet from the main tourist area.. if you have no problem with rent a motorcycle or a car you can get anywhere on the island in 20 minuts drive. perfect huge bongalows, very clean, good resturant at the hotel and not very expensive‬‏. (try the green cury!).. also a lot of resturant around the hotel (5-10 minutes driving). Amazing garden and nice swimming pool, perfect beach and great view. The staff was great, willing to help with everything! take the hotel transportation from the airport. a taxi is only a 100 Baht less. we will come again! thank you for a perfect honeymoon!

Review 34：A little hard to find. Cost us 300 baht from lipa Noi pier. Laundry is per item, and is expensive. We definately recommend this place if you can get a good deal, hard to find fault!

Review 35：We booked to stay for one night in a garden view and when we checked in the lady said we could extend our stay. In the morning when we went to extend our stay we found out our room was booked! They said they would give us a special discount on a sea view room. Usually 5,000 baht per night in high season they gave it to us for 4,400 for two nights!! Both villas were pretty much the same, the garden view is just a minutes walk further from the beach and the sea view are very slightly larger. Excellent pool and right on the beach! Breakfast is great! You choose from a checklist and can tick as much as you want! Good variation! Staff are all great, prepared us welcoming drinks! Free bicycle rental so you can go into town (about 10 minute cycle) Whole villa is beautiful! Huge bathroom. Really nice decorated, flower arrangements on the bed! There was even a wedding the day we arrived!

Review 37：Beautiful hotel, amazing swimming pool, lovely gardens, excellent food in the restaurant. Great selection of DVDs for a relaxing evening in your little house. Very comfortable bed, tasteful decor throughout the bungalow and whole resort. Bathroom was awesome too. Nice little touches like complimentary drinks on arrival and fresh fruit in the fridge in our room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on Samui to extend our visas and the hotel is located very close to the immigration office so very convenient. Nice quite area, surrounded by nature and birdsong in the garden.

Review 65：Everything was perfect during our stay. We have rented motorbike during all our stay so could easily move around the island. We had sea view villa which was very luxury with large sleeping room and bathroom. Wifi was working perfectly even on the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel areas was always clean. Breakfast was fantastic and food quality was overall very good and we enjoyed delicious curries for dinner every evening. Location is a little bit remote but this is what makes this place so lovely as you stay away from touristic crowds and can enjoy local living style. If you want to party 24/7 this place would not be for you. Massage service was very good and can recommend to everyone. We also used hotel pick up/drop off service from the ferry what was very convenient and reasonably priced.

Review 66：Wonderful spot on the beach! Ihad a beachview villa, was very nice to sit outside and read a book. Restaurant ok, value for money really great. I rented a scooter there, all ok too. So everything you need from beach to cold beer! Pick up was also arranged by resort, perfect service!! Will be back with the family!

They haven't left anything out. The location in right on a lovely sunset beach. The pool was large. The staff were perfect and helpful.

Review 81：The place is beautiful. You step outside the bungalow and you are almost right at the private beach. We only stayed one night because of the weather. It rained for 24hours and we were quite stuck, but it did not bother. We had dinner at the restaurant and rented a movie from the reception. We were quite sad to leave, because we could have stayed there way longer. They rent bicycles for free and scooters for 150THB, I think. I guess it is not for those looking for bars, restaurants and parties- it is located far away from that, but that is what makes it so wonderful!

Review 86：We were wondering whether to pay extra for the beach view villa but thensettled for the garden villa. Since there are only about a dozen, agarden villa is set in a gorgeously designed garden, just 10 metresbehind the beach villas. The villa was spacious and had a massivebathroom with a tub and mirrors all round (yes even in the bedroom!).The furniture and flooring (in the bedroom) is simple and wooden. Thereis a large living room and kitchenette as well. Each villa has its ownflowering hedgerow and seating arrangement outside it.The pool is large and tiled with dark blue tiles - very unusual and exotic - and is surrounded by clay elephants spouting water into it and bright orange beach chairs. Very pretty! Beyond are beach chairs, hammocks and a massage sala from where you can see the sea right in front. As some of the reviewers have said you need to walk a bit to get to deep enough water and there are few waves. But the water is clear green and makes for a spectacular view from your hammock/beach chair. There is also a nice looking restaurant - but we did not try it as there were a number of good local restaurants. We got our scooter (a must as Lipa Noi is a bit secluded) from the resort.The resort was so peaceful and serene and our villa so pretty that we decided to spend the last 2 1/2 days just lazing in the hammocks, drinking, swimming in the pool, swimming in the sea and loop endlessly... instead of the usual running around to the 'happening' beaches. It was well worth it. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and walk through a sunlit garden as butterflies weave drunkenly in your path to blossoming hedgerows - as if inebriated by the overabundant beauty of the place. The resort is efficiently run and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Space in the resort (of which there is a lot) is well utilised and every little nook has some interesting clay tub with water plants or cherubic dangling clay children.

Review 88：The manager is so helpful as well as all of the staff. The place is immaculate and beautiful, the bungalows are huge. The restaurant is lovely if a bit expensive for Thailand but it is a resort. The beach and pool area is very child friendly and would be perfect for a family.

We lived in 101 villa - the best one, just in front of the sea. Good breakfasts and really tasty menu in restaurant with normal prices. Near hotel there are some other cafes, 7-11 shop (700metres), art museum. You can take bicycles for free. Perfect massage. It's really countryside, quiet place for total relax. We enjoyed every minute!!
