Review 1：Non-register heating. They provided a seperate electric heater. Floor slanted due to building has shifted.
Review 2：Not satisfied with the room. The cost of the room was twice as much as it should have been based on the room condition.

Review 5：The Lenox Inn is an excellent value, very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and perfect location for Tanglewood and other attractions. We are so glad we found this little gem. We loved its proximity to Tanglewood On Parade. A nice continental breakfast and clean in ground pool topped it off.
Review 6：The only think I didn't like was the noise from the highway, the car wash next door, and from the room next door.

Review 8：Clean. Miraculously affordable given the cleanliness and location. Dated and as a result a bit dirty *looking* (ie older carpet, smudges on the walls, yellowing bathroom caulk, harsh interior lighting/color choices) but upon a closer look clean--which is admittedly the more important part! A/C unit worked well; upon checking in they had the windows open, which seemed like a pleasant touch. One outlet and across the room from the bed, but we made do. Bathroom was spacious and felt hygienic. I didn't get out to the backyard and pool, so can't speak to that. Not "cozy", but cleaner and nicer than Econolodge and even some 2.5 star places I've stayed.

Review 10：I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was considering I'm not much of a motel fan. The bed was really comfortable, the location was 3 miles from where I wanted to be and the price was great.

It's an older 'mom and pop' motel, 1950-ish, very well-maintained and very clean. Even though it's right beside the highway, traffic noise was not a problem. I got a good night's sleep, cheap.
Review 20：Smokers ashtrays outside our room. we r non smokers. no glasses to drink from~had to ask for them. toilet seat very low to the ground and pillows were too high~gave me a stiff neck.

Review 79：Small motel atmosphere with no pretenses, just good old fashioned friendly owners, who are very customer service oriented. When I needed an umbrella the day I was leaving, they gave me one, as they said they had many that had been left behind.

Review 84：I was surprised that the owners were not more friendly and not verywelcoming. I realize that they are inexpensive but I did not find theplace comfortable. I was also horrified that when I pulled my blanketback to find several long black hairs on the pillow. I did go to theoffice and ask for a new pillow with a new case and the owner justhanded me some new pillow cases, I went to change the pillow case andfound several more black hairs on the actual pillow. I was so grossedout that I could not sleep in the bed. When I asked the next morning ifI could get my money back for the night they said no and handed me tendollars. They did not apologize, but said they would change the sheets.

No extras (small soap bars, no shampoo, etc.) so bring your own. The location was where I needed to be. Restaurants, food chains, and grocery store close.
