Review 1：the girl working morning shift at the front desk has a bad attitude and is very unpleasant to talk to. however the gentleman working night shift was excellent with customer service.

Review 2：nice rooms and good rates the refrigerator and microwave are a major plus.

Review 3：bathroom condition is old and got weird smell. No luggage rack, lack of table and chair. Lack of towel racks. Lack of sufficient nightstand and all light blubs not in warm color.

Review 13：Bath over run with ants. Reception were helpful and moved us to another room. Both rooms the baths were in terrible condition also both rooms smelled. We were on a road trip stayed in 24 hotels over 6 weeks this was by far the worst.

Review 19：The door was off kilter, I had to hit it with my shoulder to open it. Itseemed the bathroom floor had been touches up with stain which had notcured. When I got into the tub to shower, my feet left brown mud-likeresidue in the he tub. The towels provided were too small to dry mylarge body. I had to get the clerk to get me a bath-size towell. My roomhad a wall in common with the guest laundry room. Someone was doinglaundry at 9 pm. The washer was off balance and the thump, thump, thumpwas annoying. The tv info listed an abc channel, however when I selectedthat cannel the on-screen message was "NO SIGNAL".

Review 22：I didn't like everything..The room was a dump. There were holes in the walls the bathroom was dirty, the bed was awful and so were the pillows. They felt like they were stuffed with news paper. I expected to see a tweeter overdosed in the bed when I first walked into the room. The keyless lock didn't work and the guy at the front desk had to unlock the room every time I needed to get in. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again! The cheapest isn't always the least expensive!

Review 24：We booked the room for the annual Lompoc Kennel Club Dog Show. There was no advisory at that time of a limit on the number of dogs in the room (there previously had been no limit). When we arrived we were told that they had changed their policy 2 days before we got there and now our 3 dogs were not welcome. They said they would make an exception for an extra $25 per night!! Very bad form to apply changes that were made after our reservation was made and not advise us ahead of time. We will not be staying here again. Red Roofs are normally no limit free pets, that is why dog show folks like them...not this one. Also floors were filthy, bathtub leaked.

Review 38：I had no choice on a Saturday night. My favorite Cairns Inn was booked so I stayed here. Paid $211.00 for a $50.00 motel room. They do no upkeep on this place. The room was so noisy the walls like paper thin. My daughter would not use the shower the tub was rusted and patched. I should have driven on to Santa Maria. I will never stay here again.

Review 57：No WiFi was a big irritation. Wasn't working for a number of guests. Thin walls meant we heard ALL the young couples "activity" next door. Premises are very tired & worn inside, we didn't use the shower as it just looked dirty.

Review 58：As a place to stay after a long drive it was fine. Close to a nice breakfast bar and easy access to town for food were what we wanted when we arrived. It also had TV, refrigerator & microwave in the room. It's right off Highway 1 to get the journey started again.

Review 59：Towel rack broke. Toilet paper dispenser broke. Curtains falling down. Coffee maker had old grounds in it. Maid made the bed with the pillow half down the bed. Not sure how that can actually happen.

Review 77：The motel is being remodeled and that created some problems. The first room shown had been smoked in, I think by staff, and wasn't really clean. The second one was clean and the bed comfortable, but the sink sprayed all over your front when turned on as the spray end was broken. The tub did not drain when you showered as the connection between the lever and the internal stopper was not connected or was broken.

Not 100% sure but did see some sketchy people hanging around in and out of rooms

Review 84：We had reservations for at least a month in advance, the fire dept. shut them down for whatever reasons on the Monday before our arrival on Friday. Nobody informed us until we called on Friday morning to confirm our reservations. By this time everything in town was at full price typically 2 to 3 times more expensive. Very poor service/communications from Red Roof Inn in Lompoc.

Review 85：We had reservations and when we got there the Fire Marshall had closed the hotel because fire alarm system was broken. A busy weekend and we barely found another place to stay. First and last chance for Red Roof Inn.

Review 90：Creepy. Room was dark and cave-like. Shower stuck on scalding and tub appeared dirty. Some other "guests" appeared to be tenants, and were sketchy looking. While I was there the fire department did surprise inspection and many rooms were deemed uninhabitable. Family members in another room relocated due to none of the smoke alarms were operational!

Review 93：1...Noise..constant heavy pounding of guest above us at all hours of the night. &Quot;SLAMMING of room DOORS" guest beside us trying to access divider door between rooms more than once during the night. I don't normally complain but this was excessive. I am used to "NORMAL" noise at a motel, loud talking outside - loading and unloading cars.- Traffic and can deal with that.

The burned out light bulb was not even replaced.Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel!
