Review 1：To sum up: Everything(The hotel deserves more than 3 stars)! Friendliest reception workers, nice location, good wi-fi connection, newly designed chic and clean room.. Nice buffet breakfast.

Review 4：Extremely professional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff is always very helpful and very prompt with service. The rooms have always been very clean and neat. They pride themselves with service at this hotel, which is why my fiance' and I stay here each time I visit. It has affectionately been named "Our Favorite Hotel".
Review 5：The room was very noisy because the tram. The trams go outside of hotel and works from 5 to 23. My room it was for 1 person, out was summer with 37 degrees and hadn't refrigarator

Review 8：The inadequate breakfast. A hotel of this quality should never use tea-bags and the tea should arrive ready-made in a teapot. The so-called muesli was actually an inferior type of cornflake. Very disappointing.
Review 9：The receptionist at checkout didn't speak English. I paid with my credit card and he forgot to charge 34 cents. Instead of asking me he cancelled the whole operation and made me wait 20 minutes more. I talked to the manager on the phone and she didn't apologize nor did she do any commercial gesture.
