Review 1：Did not stay. The look on the outside looks like a jail looking out the one window we had looked like an closed in ally looking at a window ac. The couch was not something I would set on. I thought I had reservation at the location in Buckhead. I went there first to find out I was at this location. When I pulled up I was in shocked!.. the beds had a mattress cover on it. Thanks but no thanks. I don't travel that far to stay in a hotel that looks like a jail with a fence with bark wire around the top and charge 22 anight. That should be free!!

Review 2：Didn't like that breakfast ends at 9am rather than 10am like most of the other hotels I been to.

Review 4：I had to go to Emory Middle Hospital to see a friend. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The shuttle driver was real nice and very helpful!

Review 5：LJ at the desk was wonderful! Very personable and offered excellent customer service. The bathroom was super tiny but still usable. There were sirens from EMS vehicles all night long that made sleep pretty difficult but that is just a matter of location. The hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds.

Review 44：I read the reviews before booking and assumed that everyone was exaggerating about the bathroom being small but they were not. But really how much time do you spend in the bathroom. During breakfast I saw some dishes that were not cleaned very well and still had food on them.

Review 48：Wow. Location is tricky, parking and unloading difficult but it is a downtown hotel. The real wow is the bathroom! Too small really to close the door without almost getting in the tub. I was miserable trying to get in the shower, and my tall son was worse. I'm not sure why they chose this layout, but seriously almost unusable for a room with so much extra space. I cannot stress enough how awful this was. I would never stay there again for this one reason!

Review 54：Reservations were made and I was advised that room would be ready by 3:00pm that day, but when I arrived the reservations were not in their system. The staff went around looking trying to find the reservations. The elevator would not work as we were leaving. My family and another family had to take the stairs due to the doors would close but the elevator would not change floors. I mentioned this to the hotel staff member Holly and she laughed and said it does that if more than 4 people are on it. This is concerning. This same staff member did not seem to even know how to operate the computer for check-in/check-out of guests. The time to check-in and check-out was much longer due to this. The breakfast was not much to even waste the time going down to get food. My family had stayed at The Hyatt Place in Alpharetta, Georgia and the hotel and food were much better.

The wall and door to the bathroom should be moved so that there is more room inside the bathroom and less room by the sink. When we first entered the room, there was an offensive sewer smell, so we had to open the window in the bathroom. It seems there is water trapped underneath the bathtub (we can feel it when we stand in the tub), so that may be the source of the odor. Bed was a little too soft for us.
