Review 1：dirty towels, no coffee in the room, arrived late and looked after us from a window, were not allowed to enter the reception, to go with my family, I found very unpleasant time

Review 2：Dirty linens bugs on bathroom floor shower wouldn't drain hinges on safety lock or loose door leading outside room was a gap between the inside and outside of door.it seemed and safe overall. I would never recommend this place to anyone. With such poor qualityI would recommend a refund at least on one of the rooms. But I know that will never happen.

Review 4：The room smelled wet. There were gnats everywhere. The sheets felt wet. Housekeeping came and tried to make it smell better it didn't work (not their fault). There was moisture coming from some where that couldn't be explained. The hallway had a funny smell too.

Review 6：Air Conditioning in the room was broken and a staff came by to fix it and overnight the AC broke again so we were stuck in a room overnight with no air conditioning!

Review 9：The pool was closed for a few days due to feces in it. The booking . com website I used charged me a large amount for a room at the other property causing my $$ to be held. It took several days to straighten out.

Review 25：The tub was discussing. Had a patch and tub should be replaced or that room should never be rented. Coffeemaker did not work. Hair dryer did not work. AC was falling apart. We had to reassemble. Was an adjoining room which was not told to us. Could hear folks talking and coughing all night. Not a pleasant experience. Keys did not work on outside doors. Also found one outside door open twice so just used that one.

I had to walk down to tell them the light was put in bathroom me and my niece had to use a cell.phone flashlight to.shower. they sent maintenance 3 hours later. The light worked. The next morning the bathroom was out again we had to use a cell phone light to bathe again!!!! I told front desk when I turned in the keys. They seemed unconcerned! Also the outside exit doors were open they did not close properly this is a security.risk!! The door to.the pool had to be proped open by a stone because it would lock.u in the pool area! :( I will.never stay at that hotel.again and frankly feel I should be reimbursed for some of my funds!!!! I paid way too much for that hotel!

Review 30：Beyond unprofessional i was given a room but when i opened the door there was a couple in the room sleeping. I spoke to the office about the issue in which they told me someone switched their rooms but didnt put it into the computer (Made absolutely no sense at all). Then i was given another room where it was scorching hot and was told i would be given anoyher room the next morning. The next morning i did not get switched to another room not only that my card was charged for a third but i only reserved for 3. This hotel is ridiculously unprofessional and shady i advise everyone to bypass this hotel.

Police were there looking for someone. I'm still waiting on my refund and it's been over a week now. Front desk lady said it would take 24 hrs and that obviously wasn't the truth.

Giant cockroach in dining area .nastystains in comforter,reserved 5 rooms 2 connecting for grand kids we got4 rooms all scattered price was $10 more per room than I reserved online,breakfast was hot milk and froit loops ,tub had a big big rusty stainyou could feel! Our 3 year old thought it was gonna eat her !the coffeepot had been used in the room with opened sugar packets !oh yeah andnasty flies in one of the rooms we really wanted to go somewhere elsebut everywhere was booked because of Blue Angel Weekend. Review 68：Carpets throughout the hotel are very dirty and need professional steam cleaning. The pool was cloudy. The 'continental breakfast' was pathetic. It would have been better to say you didn't have one than to offer what they did. There was no butter for toast and no cream cheese for bagels. I did see some cream cheese in a dish that was shared with others and it had jelly all over it. No coffee the first time I went and the second time it was undrinkable, anyway. The orange juice was not real. It was a product like Tang. There was lukewarm milk for cereal. It was totally disappointing and the staff said the owners were cheapskates and giving as little as possible.

But like I told my husband u get what u pay for. That was my 2nd and last time @ this hotel.

I know this is a cheap hotel but I think a guest at least deserves cleanliness. Other than that, this hotel is awesome!!!!! We got a good laugh and went on our way vowing to never stay here again. Review 84：I didn't like nothing about it .. It was a drug hotel .. They were smoking meth .. You could smell it in the hallway .. I had my 1 year old with me .. So after a 8 hour trip we left the hotel in 15 mins searching for another one at 4 in the morning

Review 85：When we got our room it smelled like a musky moldy odor, we had to go and buy Lysol for the room there was Cheetos all in the floor, the complimentary shampoo was used half empty, that night when we went to bed we was unable to go to sleep due to people running up and down the halls yelling and screaming ALL night long. Finally got to slept after 3 am. The next morning woke up to go get breakfast, walked out of the room there was trash and food thrown up and down the hallway and bugs crawling all in it. We left and came back my husband asked for fresh towels and he never got any. We paid for 2 nights but decided to check out a day early because it was just to much craziness for us, and we was told we could not get a refund even though we was checking out early and because it was after 3 pm, we checked out at 3:58 pm. It was the worst place I have ever stayed at!!!!!

Review 92：When we entered our room, we thought it was going to be a room with 2 beds ( their was 4 of us) but it was a single king. Was unable to move to another room due to the hotel being booked. Could not get a roll away because they did not have any. We decided to check out within 10 minutes of checking in. We payed for 3 nights. The receptionist could not give us our money back. We were given 3 different stories about our refund. I will be calling corporate because we are still waiting. Absolutely would not stay in any of these hotels again!

Review 98：The location is a bit ways from the beach but it has a great pool and is family oriented. However we did find a closed box of condoms in the drawer next to the bed. Not a big issue but make sure u clean the rooms well.

Review 99：I drove all night and once I got checked into the hotel and got to my room, I just wanted to take a nap. But the housekeepers were yelling up and down the halls to each other. Also both morning that was included in our stay, we didn't get any clean towels or the trash emptied. I called the front desk and the man that answered said we have to request for our room to be serviced. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to ask that our room be cleaned, trash be emptied and to have clean towels. I visit Pensacola several times a year and I will never stay here again. I won't recommend the hotel to anyone I know.

Review 100：The only thing I have good to say about my stay was that I was able to check in early than the check in time.

Review 101：I was charged an extra three hundred for messing up my room. There wasno proof of anything when I called to ask what the charges were for Iwas told 150 for cleaning 50 for using a towel I was only check in thisroom a total 5 hours I had to leave early for a flight to japan it wasonly all I did was take a shower. This place is a big rip off saveyourself the headache and go somewhere else not only that my roomdidn't lock the pool is all of two feel long the gym equipmentdoesn't work and look like it was made in the 70s the laundry is ajoke. Its only has one washer and it doesn't work this place smellslike mold I would never recommend this to anyone.

Review 102：The entire hotel was filthy. I actually felt the need to clean everything that I touched before I touched it. I'm not 100% sure but I think my bed had bugs. After I told the house keeper all I needed was some new towels and toilet paper she gave them to me. Five minutes later she knocks once and walks right in while I'm standing there naked not giving me time to answer. Really upset me. Will never be back!!!!

Juice machine wasn't even on. Pool full of cigarette butt floating in water. Hotel used to be Ramada Inn, now new owner doubled and even tripled the price yet seems like it's about to be run into the ground. Counter girl at check out refused to give me a receipt because she was to busy with her BF, who finally moved out of my way. Very ghetto employees (except night time counter guy) with a hole attitudes. Sum it up - it became a shi* hole. Been there when it was the Ramada Inn but swear I'll never go back.

Review 113：Umm... The closeness to Walmart. Night counter guy had amazing customer service! 3yr old son got sick and threw up on sheets the night counter guy actually brought us new sheets and pillow to our door

Review 118：I was told the cost of the rooms were $180.27 & $160.17 but was charged $180.27 & $213.94. The manager was rude to me when we spoke about it on the phone. If you want to be cheated rent the rooms from them but I will never rent from them again!The tv and phone in one of my 2 rooms did not work and I had to make several trips to the desk before the night crew finally fixed things. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Review 123：The check in was the worst experience. Both the Magnuson Inn and Magnuson Hotel claimed to be booked and couldn't find my reservation along with 4 others checking in. When they found my reservation they had overbooked and given my room to someone else. My check in took an hour and the room I got was not in full working order. The bathroom door was literally cut from the handle nearly to the hinge. And the entrance door wouldn't unlock the first time. I always had to swipe the card 3-4 times before it would open.

Review 124：Nothing specific. This hotel was not the worst but certainly nothing special.

Review 125：Room had a terrible smell and no ironing board. Had to request another room and it was marginally better than the first room. We could deal with the hotel being outdated but could not deal with the lack of cleanliness. Front clerk desk made a point of telling us about the free breakfast. Decided to check it out the next morning to find that it only consisted of cereal and milk. We would never stay at this hotel again.

Review 126：Party at the pool. Tried all day to get in as it was full of adults smoking and drinking and making out. Called front desk and they said we could kick em out at 11:00. That was 2 late for our kids.
