Review 1：We arrived Dezember 23rd in the late afternoon and after a really warm welcome were offered a free upgrade to a beach bungalow. How wonderful - we booked a room at the pool but for swimming always prefer the sea.Coming into the room, everything was quite musty and smelly and did not at all feel like an upgrade - despite the seaview. We tried not to overrate our impression as we were coming from a round trip through the north were we stayed in really nice hotels and resorts and in addition it was raining very heavily in a place that should be our beach-holiday.Due to the heavy rain we decided to have dinner in the hotel. Sitting there we stated the house was quite empty and we wondered why we had been charged "peak season". Unfortunately we had lots of time to think about this as we had to wait about 40 minutes for our spring rolls - not a very unusual dish I would say.The food served was all okay but nothing outstanding. There are several locations along the street which are equal or better for less.Going to bed, the catastrophe started. We found a nest of ants under the sheets! I went to the receptionist to ask for a new room, but he had to find his manager first. I couldn't see any sense in waiting, so we packed. With our luggage we went to the reception again where the lady, which I had considered the manager (and still do so), asked me to talk to "the manager" (maybe: the owner?), but that woman on the phone did not understand me and it was a waste of time.We showed some photos to the manager and then things got going. We were led to another bungalow, one row behind the original one which was also musty and smelly but much better than the first one and were promised this room would be cleaned the next day.We liked it better anyway as it has colored windows. And despite being in the 3rd row we had good seaview.It was obvious then, the rooms are made after the last guests left, not on the arrival of new guests.

Review 2：We called this place G&C =) Too many Grandpas and children. So we got a company of 11 ppl and had no opportunity to turn on the music loud or smth of that kind. So only at night we went 50 metres left from the hotel with candles, rum and loudspeakers and were partying there. Also at night everything is closed. Even i couldn`t find a can of coke after 11 p.m. ) No chances to find drinks and food. PLZ, Rajapruek Stuff - Give the keys of the fridge to the night duty. =) Sometimes it`s necessary to buy something at nighttime! See ya!

Review 3：We were really chilling there. Very quiet place. Thaifood cafe 1 min walk with good prices and stuff! Hotel cafe also +!!! Hotel Stuff was kind and friendly. My friend made a proposal to his girlfriend, so stuff helped a lot to prepare for us a lovely location on the beach! So it was perfect! Everything was perfect! Lipa Noi is a supaplace, Rajapruek - perfect location to relax! No ppl on the beach at all! Only crabs and you! =)

Review 4：We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed our stay. From outside we thought this is an old hotel, but from check in on everyhing was fine and comfortable. Inside everything was fine, from service to comfort.

Review 5：Nothing around, no restaurant, no attractions no nothing , just dead silence in hotel... It was us and two more guests in this big hotel.... It was lake ghost hotel, also one thing frustrated me that same CD played over and over whole day
