Review 1：Beware in mid-December (in a heat wave) we experienced little insects from the beach, decks and in the room, and they leave you with lost of bites (black flies).

Review 2：Very deep sandy beach. Closed to essential stores, and next door to Charlie's boat house restaurant, great food, service and value!

Review 3：We have stayed here four times previously and really enjoyed. This time however it was run down & worn out! Holes in the floors, junk lying around and the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept in . We had to check out early to save our backs !

Review 5：One minor incident - the staff at the Poolside Bar did not tell me that the Coupon I presented did not cover the cocktail drinks I ordered when I clearly indicated to him that I intended to redeem the Coupon for the drinks offered.

Review 7：Nothing that we didn't like, but worth mentioning, the tiki bar was under construction, so we're unable to use. However, there was a second bar and food area to use. Also, a few ants kept popping up out of the bathroom sink area. Not much of a problem, as the pest control was seen spraying outside for bugs.

Review 13：The person who registered us in did not want to accept a different card than the one we had used to reserve it. They did not give us the Florida residents discount either. She said that if we had done the reservation directly with them, they could have done it but reservation was done in the web so... no way Josue! Also at the restaurant, my friend was served an orange juice which was practically water. When we told theaters, she did not question, she took it away from the table immediately. She knw what it was.

Review 14：In general it is a nice sunny place near beaches and other activities. Very nice bartender at the Tiki bar.

Review 15：I did not like that smoking was allowed outside every room, at the pool and lounging decks. Dirty ash trays were everywhere and you couldn't get away from the smokers unless you went all the way down to the beach.

Review 17：I was told my room was "literally steps from the ocean", LIE! The photos show a 4 story bldg facing the ocean. I did not know there was a whole other part of the facility that was much further away with no ocean view possible from any of the rooms.

Review 26：1) The personnel at reception hold off my $20 cash left at deposit for incidentals. Promised to return it back to the card, but since a couple days passed no money was returned back still. Be careful when you sign any bills.2) the air conditioner in the room is working very loud and it's impossible to sleep well in the room

Review 33：All you need for a first class holiday. Very well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Huge rooms with a table and chairs as well as two large beds and separate bathroom. Its not like expensive American luxury with the high prices that go with that. Its on the beach and so is the Tiki Bar.

Review 85：My son and I stay at the Outrigger for our annual December.golf 8 days in the Fort Myers /Naples area.We have just returned from our 5th stay there & I never consider staying anywhere else. It is located within a 30/45 minute drive to many of the prime golf courses in southwest Florida. We go to the many very good restaurants nearby & appreciate the clean, safe facilities.Outstanding beach & sunsets if you are not a golfer !!!

Review 132：We had a beach front with the Tiki Bar and pool close by. The pool, beach and Resort's Restaurant all within walking distance which made it very convenient and inviting; the room was very clean and the location was great. There was even a Theater and a Publix nearby.

Review 133：I feel its overpriced. Most rooms face a parking lot and there are onlyva couple of rooms with king beds.
