Review 4：they are very short in staff, useless concierge, unprofessional house keeping, undependable room service. i was asked to clean the room while i was in the room, i told them come after 1 hour where ill be out of the room to clean it i went out for 2 hours i came back the room is the same they didnt clean it. i complained at the front desk they came and told me that they want to clean the room now (in the time am in the room) i told them no after i leave the room yo can come and clean it. i booked for a massage in the hotel (Overpriced not up to the standard.) i had to go all the way down from 23rd floor to the lobby to pay for the massage upfront, and then went back up to the 25th floor to have the massage in room. another issue i called room service at night asking about what kind of deserts they offer since its not mentioned in the menu, the guy didnt know what are they serving he told me he will check and call me back, and never called back i called the front desk they told me they will check and let him call me back again never got a call back, i tried to call the room service again no pick up, i called for the 3rd time the line was busy all night, i never got an apology from them till i checked out, no one even bothered to ask me about my stay.

Only when I a took a desicion to go out to look other hotel they adressed a better room but for more price. At the end I paid more for less if I compare with other hotels

Review 14：They had a few problems with leaking bathroom showers and a bath that was blocked a little. Also, they had an emergency call and all the lifts were shut off for over 30 minutes while they tried to work out what the reset code was. We had booked three rooms and they were on the 9th and 26th floors so we couldn't climb the stairs. We asked for a complementary drink and as it came they lifts became operational again. We then asked to have the drinks brought to the room and were then asked to pay for them! I refused called reception told them that I was not going to pay for the complementary drinks considering that they had allowed an American couple to go to the bar and have free drinks there while they waited! They called me back five minutes late to apologize and offer the drinks, but i refused. Better to get it right the first time gentlemen!!

Review 19：This hotel is new on the market and is still going through a few pangs. We booked three rooms for the family and they were ready, but my eldest sons were flying in and came very early. After a little haggling we agreed to an early check in and an airport pick up. The airport pick up was a little expensive considering it turned out to be their own shuttle bus. The executive suite had a few problems related to drainage. The shower and bath took a long time to drain and the shower leaked into the bathroom. They had a problem with the lifts being tripped and not working for over thirty minutes in the evening.We were stuck downstairs for that time waiting as they didn't seem to know what to do, but eventually everything was reset and we got up to our bedrooms.

Review 40：A lot of point I did not like about this poor hotel. Check in time at 4.00 pm and check out at 12 :00 pm . You pay around $190 /night for 20 hours accomodation. The front disc staff are not traind well in addition to duty manager. The room have not been cheched from room service the whole day. The breakfast was so basic and the presentation was really bad and the tools on the food bar was dirty . WIFI not so good.

Review 76：I booked a Executive Suite for a family of Two Adults and two young children (2 and 6 years), as the room description mentioned accommodation for Executive Suite as 2 Adults and 2 Kids (up to 6 years). However the room only had one Double Bed, and despite numerous requests, hotel failed even provide a mattress or crib to accommodate the lack of bedding. I had to sleep on the floor, since Sofa was not big enough to accommodate an adult. The Breakfast included was Very Basic, and does not add any value. The restaurant on top floor is closed, and despite having a smoking room / bar, we were told to go outside the hotel for smoking.

Review 77：The hotel is located right next to the City Center, and the Rooms are well furnished, and clean. The checkin and checkout process was straight forward.

Review 91：-staff was not so supportive. -i took Family room because it suits 4 persons, and i mentiond in the special requests to prepare for the children beds upon arrival. The beds weren't made and i have to pay extra charge. -the breakfast lounge was small, crowded (hard to find table)& some dishes are empty.
