Review 1：The Wifi was inexistant (how can a motel advertise free wifi when I cannot even load a simple page ???) The heat was off when we came in, it was freezing, especially in the bathroom. I know it is California, but you still need some heat when it is 45 outside...

Review 7：Unfortunately when the bathroom was redone, replacement of the showerhead and tap was overlooked. Control of the water flow was impossible - half of it flowing from the tub spout and not reaching the showerhead.
Review 8：For a "budget" accommodation the Budget Inn delivered what we ecpected. We had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Blonde new hardwood floors and new batroom would have been enhanced with some color in the room.

Review 10：Reviews I read prior to booking was discouraging & I was ready to cancel but since it was last minute I just crossed my fingers. Comments about noise , bugs, cleanliness , were nonexistent & my family slept well .

Review 30：There is a bug issue each time I've been there I noticed bugs like tiny baby roach last stay people were outside talking it was 4am I could hear them I was hoping managers would have said something to end or at least tell them to take loud conversation inside

Review 32：Taking a shower the water went to freezing cold and then back to normal so I continued to wash my hair. Water then went to scalding hot and burnt my scalp. When I jumped out of the way of the water it burnt other places too. Management didn't want to do anything about it. She just said we'll check it out.

Review 36：I love the manager and staff! They have an inate ability to make sure you are comfortable and secure. I love the WIFI and the nice clean, roomy very comfortable beds...Having the coffee pot is a delight along with the microwave and refridgerator. It's always a pleasure to return to this wonderful part of the world. Lompoc is my home away from home!

Review 50：Strong smell, ac would only come on once in a while ( and no it wasn't on auto) knocking noise that kept my husband up all night that he eventually slept in the car. It was a last minute trip and that was the only place that had a vacancy for under $140.. Next time I'll be more prepared book a week in advanced to get a nicer place.

Bathroom floor was so dirty that when I got in to takea shower the first thing I saw was dirty footprints on the floor of thetub. There was noise comming from the water pipes all night.
