Review 1：1. I was on the 8th floor, 2 rooms from the ice machine. every hour it would make a very noisy sound. when i first told the lady in the front dest, she just said " they are renovating in the other building...there is nothing we can do" i only found out on the second night, in which I was disturbed every hour, that it was the ice machine. when i told them it was that they send someone to disconnect it. 2. the hotel is not really a 4 star hotel, it feels more like a youth motel when there is no one at the front desk at night and you need them to hear or see you coming with the camera, you will need to open the front door for yourself with your card since there is no doorman either. 3. parking is 15$ a day, or 18$ if you want to come in and out. 4. no windows to open at the room. 5. no breakfast, unless you pay separately. 6. the two women that worked during the night were not very pleasant to say the least. 7. wi-fi disconnected all the time.

Review 2：the man at the club bar was very nice to everyone, the location is good. The indoor pool is nice. The two young ladies that worked the noon shift were very helpful. Also the people who helped with my bags were really nice.

Review 5：Came for football game. No early check in at all(2pm). Had to wait Til 8:30 pm. Staff let us change and get ready in gym locker room. Not convenient and were rude about it

Review 12：I didn't like the combination of the booking site's policies and the time the money was taken out for reservations I wished they would notify you when they take it out as they withdrew the entire amount several months later but I think that it was just a big communication error. This didn't affect the quality of the actual stay experience.

Review 13：Immaculate facility, the staff was amazing and very helpful. I was dismayed at parking and breakfast pricing but considering the pricing of Atlanta, I suppose that's not really something that's abnormal. Very clean and roomy.

Review 18：This hotel was very comfortable and easily accessible to the Georgia Tech campus. The convenience of this hotel makes for a pleasant stay. My accessible room was comfortable and spacious. I especially enjoyed a great breakfast, with very fresh fruit and a delicious frittata! Staff offered assistance whenever I needed it and, although I only stayed one night, I would certainly return.

Review 19：Not enough towels and washcloths. The breakfast buffet was not worth $14. I would just order from the menu next time and recommend to others they do the same. The service in the restaurant was average.

Review 32：We did not find out until later but it is $1.00 per phone call, didn't matter that it was to the pizza place two blocks away, even more if you call long distance. I think that is tacky and ridiculous to nickel and dime us. The room service should be open later, stops at 10:00pm. They hosted several proms while we were there and people made noise through out the night down the halls. It would have been nice if they would have informed their guests of such things. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors and our headboard banged when theirs did if you get my meaning and was woken up to sirens in the middle of the night outside. Parking prices are outrageous $15-$18 a day, should give a big discount to those staying at the hotel and leaving their cars parked.
