Review 1：Rented room for 4 people only received two towels and wash clothes. Asked clerk for more blankets refused stating it was a motel not a hotel. No coffee in room, WiFi cost, TV remote broke, only one outlet for phones and one wase basket unlined. We called it the motel California.

Review 2：Room was clean. Ordered food service from local restaurant service very good.

Review 3：It's an economy motel, so I didn't expect too much. I really don't like single-ply toilet paper though. Really???

Review 7：The spa could be open later. I had a very long drive that day and was really looking forward to a quick soak before bedtime, but I arrived at 10:05 and the spa was being locked as I was checking in. An 11:00 close time on weekends would be nice.

In Menifee , I have stayed here a few times and every time the evening manager who doesn't wear a nametag is always rude but not just to myself but other customers he makes you feel as if you're bothering him. I will post a picture of him on here so you'll know to stay away from him.

Review 9：I love the rooms and I like the area that it's in . I like that it's next door to the gas station & fast food place.

Review 10：There were roaches. The bathroom flooded. There were jail house shower heads in the bathroom. The carpets had huge holes in them. The sheets were clearly not clean. The towels were not white but a dirty white which either meant these people hate bleach or they don't buy new towels.

Review 20：This last time staying at EZ 8. I had some trouble with someone named Mary claiming I had no reservation. I had to contact bookings.com and they called and spoke to Mary who claimed she did not have a reservation for me. We were not happy about this considering how far we were traveling. Mary also made no effort to help us.

The temp in the jacuzzi was 96 degrees - too hot for small children to be in a jacuzzi. I told management who turned away. I am sure it is because they don't want to confront the parents but it ruined our stay. We had worked hard the prior day and were looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Review 61：1. Night staff told me there was no reservation on file for me, though i booked online. Booking.com claimed to have faxed it, but staff denied receiving it. As result, did not get room i wanted. 2. Sink faucet handle was broken. 3. Not having wi-fi unless paying more.

I think it was advertised as having HBO and I saw none; it was 11/4 election night and Fox, CNN, PBS and MSNBC, ETC were watch mostly along with local channels. Local channels poorer reception. Did NOT use motel WIFI, I believe the charge was over a couple of bucks, possibly $4.95 (I had my own MIFI source)

Review 88：I don't understand why you book on line but can't request a down stairs and they honor it .. i don't think i will recommend this hotel to anybody .. Everytime i go i have problems.. I only go for the price but not even for the price will i be back . First my room got flooded and they didn't even compensate me .. and remind you this was at 2 am and i had to be up at 5. this time i ask for a down stairs and im again put on the 3rd floor and have to park on the other side of the building with my baby ... and lug him and luggage to the other side of complex and the elevator was down so i had to carry him up and then come down go around to the other side of the building when im in the front and unload my car.. a very big hassle. i probably wont be going back and the saying goes you get what you you pay for ... it's worth the extra money to stay across at motel 6 cause they do accomodate you ...VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED :(

Review 92：The accommodations are similar to that of a motel which is expected. The most bothersome part is the traffic of people in and out all night and the person traveling with a toddler we had staying with us that was up at all hours of the night running around above us.
