Review 1：All hotel cold, rooms doesnt have hot water. you have to wait 20 minutes for hot water. be carefull you can freeze night time. they dont have generator. 1 night was no power during 2 hours.

Review 3：I liked the location very much. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel over and over. I just wish I could have stayed longer... :-)

Review 7：The cocktails and restaurant. Although separate businesses, the sauna and strip joint down the bottom floor were the best I've been too. The reception lobby were very helpful.

Review 8：Worth mentioning is that the breakfast waiters are not friendly enough, maybe because they can speak no English. Although the breakfast itself was perfect, enough for me, so I left the restaurant in good mood.

Review 9：The location is perfect next to the square and on the main street, with short proximity to everything that matters in the city. The hotel is high standard with all services that could be expected from such. Friendly and helpful staff makes it a good alternative for a stay in Zap. An alternative was Four Points, but the prices cannot even be compared. Great restaurants, very stylish and cosy with great view over the central square the one for breakfast buffet, and another one with local ukrainian food.

Review 10：It would be nice to have a swimming pool or a gym at the hotel.

Review 11：Previous time I was in this hotel almost 8 years ago. It was so busy then, now it is more beautiful, the entrance is different, everything is renovated. The rooms look the same, but everything is clean and cosy. Good service at the reception and in the ukrainian restaurant. i couldn't even notice when my dirty plates disappeared)) Choose Intourist because of the location first of all and because never had bad impressions before.

Review 59：Takes forever to get hot water. Turn it on and wait - then go raise a family - and by the time you get to old age the water is hot. Okay I exaggerate a little. But it takes five minutes or so. Breakfast buffet is nothing to brag about.

Review 61：Took some time to get hot water in shower. From somewhere came really cold air to the room! Bathroom floor was also very cold. Tiny tv compared to room's size :) Minibar selection was poor: Only one beer! Painfully slow check in & out (thank God I was not in hurry). And yes, there's a classy stiptease bar downstairs. And they promote it quite freely. Don't be surprised.

Review 62：Very international feeling. Staff speaks good English. Good breakfast. Junior suite was really big and the bed very comfortable. Good restaurants (and many of them). Room price was ok. After all, I would come here again.

Review 66：The staff working there at the reception is not honest and trustworthy .. I has book a taxi from airport to hotel and they charged me 600 .. And in one day find out that 600 what unpaid was almost 3times the cost for the taxi .. Normally it cost between 200-250 .. This was very bad from the reception that they treat their guest when they are unknown .. I can understand that If I take a taxi just from outside it is possible for the cheating but this was been ordered by the hotel reception to pick me up .. Was very bad experience about this one ..

Review 67：Hotel was good with infrastructure and facilities and also food.

Review 68：Room too small. The twin beds are too close to each other and you can't move them further apart. It is practically one bed.(( Although it is winter, the bar in lobby is too cold to enjoy a drink. The east elevation of the building look good on picture, but in actuality it looks like a one star hotel. Most guests are on business trips. Basement strip club I didn't visit.

Review 69：English speaking staff at front desk who seem happy to help. Room appointment is nice for a city like Zaporozhye. Three restaurants in the hotel, although the hotel is not that big. Strip club in the basement is convenient if you develop problem with your date. All in all, it is comparable to a 3 star U.S. hotel.

Review 70：The lobby is almost too much "bad-taste-Euro-remont" and some of the breakfast dishes were quite strange, but these are only minor remarks.

Review 71：This is a very, very nice hotel located on Europe's longest street, the 12 km long Lenin boulevard in Zaporozhye. It has been very thorougly renovated on the inside and the rooms are very good value. They have several restaurants, as well, but I can only comment on the Khorzma Ukrainian restaurant which was very good value, too. I would stay there again if I visit Zaporozhye one more time.

Review 72：the room clearly was used as by smokers before, so i'd recommend a strict cleaning before changing it to non-smoking. also, there was a strip club in the hotel, which is unappropriate in a common tourist hotel. (but of course, i'm opposing any strip clubs no matter where they are.)

Review 73：TV impossible to watch. All the programs (not many) were foggy. Display of TV really small. Room a little bit old. The Warm water needs times to arrive to the bathroom. No Bath set or very poor (small soap and a small shampoo bottle). People at the bar unfriendly and always sad. Price okay but too high for the offered services !
