Review 1：One of my chief criteria for choosing a place for the weekend was that it have a big tub and I was looking forward to the Jacuzzi tub. The jets did not work and the water heater was so small, that it couldn't fill the tub with hot/warm water. Also, it seemed that there may be a leak or problem previously as the baseboard was water stained and the closet that backed up to the tub smelled musty.
Review 2：It was very well decorated and a beautiful view from the deck. We really enjoyed the ease of checking in, having a "homey" feeling to the place and feeling safe. We were visiting Silver Dollar City and we could see the park from the deck which the boys thought was outstanding!

We thought we were getting one and didn't.

Review 14：There were no hair dryers in the unit - I had to go into town and purchase one because I thought there would be one there. My husband and I arrived one day ahead of the other couple staying in the unit, so I was able to let her know before they left home or she wouldn't have had a hair dryer either. Additionally, while there were closets a plenty, there were no hangers. So clothes that I would have liked to have hung up, I wasn't able to. While I understand that you might would travel with a hair dryer, you NEVER would travel with hangers. So those should be provided in the unit. And lastly, while there is a nice Jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom, the water would run cold before even getting it filled about half way up. So what should have been a nice amenity is basically unusable.

Review 16：I did not have a bad experience but our unit did not have a dishwasher and it was advertised as having one. Black stain on the carpet and a good sized water spot on the ceiling in the master bath.

Review 18：Carpet was spotted and dirty. The hand rail going up the steps was loose and not secure. Wasps kept getting in even with everything closed. Caulking around the bathtub was rough looking and not evenly applied.. WONT STOP US FROM COMING BACK! There comments are to help improve not gripe.

Review 26：We traveled with another couple,so we rented a two bedroom. We found it very spacious allowing us both plenty of space for together time as well as nice sized bedrooms for private time. Having two bathrooms was wonderful! The beds and pillows were great! We enjoyed a very comfortable stay with great views and wouldn't hesitate to use this property again if returning to the area.
Review 27：Not everything was amazing at first. We walked into a third floor condoand the a/c was not working. It was 94 degrees in the third floorcondo and we have two infants. The staff responded to my call almostimmediately and they called an a/c company to come fix the air.That took about 3 hours to get a guy out and the rest of the night toget the condo down to a comfortable temp. The rest of the trip we werecool and happy.Another small thing was that the beautiful hard wood floors were very dirty. While not visible crumbs or sand or mud on the floor one quickly walking around in bare feet or socks would have a layer of just black dirt on your foot. So much so that all of us had to wash our feet before retiring to bed for the night. I had to make sure my kids didn't crawl on the hard wood. They just need to be mopped a bit more often than they had been. We had two condos and for some reason they put us on two different floors. Another family was staying in the condos and had two as well and they did the same to them. It would have been nice to have them side by side and seemed like they easily could have done that. we had condos 3 and 5 the other family had condos 4 and 6. 3 and 4 were side by side and 5 and 6 were also so it seemed like it could have been a possibility if someone was paying attention when they assigned rooms.
Review 28：This is hard to write because I want to be selfish and keep everyoneaway from this place. We absolutely loved the view and the condo wasamazing. Everyone in my family literally went "OOOOO" when wewalked into the place. We booked two condos because we had 10 of us andI was worried that some people would not like it but all did. The viewis amazing and the location while remote from the Branson strip isperfect if you are spending most of your time at Silver Dollar City likewe did. Its a great spot for a couple to get away for the weekend. Overall this was a great stay and my family is looking to go back and staythere. So please don't take my families new found vacation spot.(Unless im not there, then have a blast)!!!
Review 29：I was not impressed with the queen bed it would have been nice to have a king bed. I am disabled and was on the third floor had there been some kind of elevator it would have been nice. Conditioner in the shower would have been a nicity too
Review 30：The cliffs were very comfortable, decorated quite nicely, with the lovely pool. The view off of the balcony was very nice - great. It was quite hot when we were there but the air-conditioning worked excellent in the units we were renting.
Review 31：The location is very close to Silver Dollar City, so any trips between the main part of Branson and the condo took a very long time because of traffic.
Review 32：The condo was roomy and had a great view. The staff was excellent. The pool was small, but my kids really liked it. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo, so I didn't have to go home with a ton of dirty clothes. Parking was great.

Internet didn't work, but modem turned out to be in our room and had been unplugged before we got there for some reason. Still had difficulty getting on even after they reconnected, but we weren't there for the internet.

The first night in our room we had to let the water drain so we could take a shower my husband had to buy drain cleaner to unclog drain and removed all the junk that was clogged in the drain so we could shower without the tub filling up to our ankles! The showers in guest bathroom were to small! Had to take quick showers due to not enough hot water! Wifi didn't work until our 5th day there but that's not important! My biggest complaint was the boats taking parking spots and the people above us were extremely loud!

Review 66：The updated condo has really impressive views of both Table Rock Lake and the Ozarks. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and gaze. The entire condo interior was stylishly decorated with high ceilings that added great presence. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room and both bedrooms were extremely clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool area and views while there too. We had no problems with WiFi either.

Review 69：We could hear kids running around the apartment above us in addition to slamming doors which was a problem our entire week long stay. The kitchen had a lot of counter space and cabinets but was poorly stocked, not enough pots & pans, dishes, glasses and utensils so we had to buy kitchenware that should have been supplied. The adult swimming pool was small and overrun with little kids even though there was a nice kiddie pool, they didn't use it. Lots of spider webs in the apartment we had to knock down. There was a broom supplied but no dust pan or vacuum for clean up. The bar counter in the kitchen was too tall to even use. Lots of closet space but the closet bars were really a struggle to use because they were installed way too high. Also a shortage of parking due to boats and larger pickups taking up more than one spot. Several evenings we had to park next to the office instead of near our building.
Review 70：The two bedroom deluxe size apartment was very roomy (except for the bathrooms which were smaller than expected). The floor plan was perfect with the bedrooms separated from the living/dining areas. Nice linens and comfy beds. Full size kitchen included two sinks (regular and bar) which was great for preparing meals. Loved to sit out on the deck in the evening and could see the lake. The grounds were well kept and noted the staff always cleaning. Nice BBQ area (A suggestion might be for the picnic tables to have umbrellas or some kind of shade, even a couple of trees would help!). WiFi worked great. Nice location next to Silver Dollar City.
Review 71：One of the best places we have stayed.. the only - was I wish I had gotten a condo on level ground.. stairs were a little hard at times to climb.. My sisters and I were so impressed with this resort.. and I just wish they accepted pets so my husband and I could stay there.. but I will be checking them out again next year when my sisters and I go on our annual trip.

Review 114：I reported that the water in my unit was only staying hot for 3-5 minutes, i was told that maintenance would be available the next morning, no one called or knocked on my door the whole weekend, i didn't like the fact that the swimming pool was closed all day Sunday, and no office staff was available. Review 137：Cliffs is new, clean and beautiful. Dakota was very helpful to me in my travel arrangements for a very large family gathering. The location is wonderful in that it is off the beaten path yet easy to get to everything. You can hear the steam whistle from the SDC train which is lovely.
Review 138：The wifi was extremely slow we just used our own data the whole time. It was pretty clean but had some dust here and there and a load of dead lady bugs under window seat cushion. Water from the fridge had a lot of stuff floating in it.

Review 141：It was slightly awkward at first arriving only to realize there was no staff on site. It took some getting used to, but with no issues with the facility the thought quickly went by the wayside. Gorgeous view, it was quiet, relaxing, and nice amenities. I would like to say again during the summer when the pool doesn't look trashed.
