Review 2：Great Hotel - good location in Tuzla and very helpful team in the Hotel. We were over for a family wedding and the staff could not have done more to help. Would highly recommend.
Review 3：(Had 3 nights stay) There's no private parking place first of all and it's impossible to find any place after 4pm because of the valets of restaurants. Staff, front desk, housekeeping and who ever works there, very unprofessional. Manager woman seeking someone for gabbing, stay away. Breakfast is horrible. I've never had such a poor breakfast before, even in US. Room was incredibly small and looks nowhere (top floor). And not even a coffee maker in the room. Mini-bar prices same with 5star chain hotels. Room very loudly in the night because of the café-bar at the entrance floor. And because of the elevator engine, had sleepless nights. There's no air in bathroom and so that there's always a terrible smell which covers our tiny room. Wifi!!! Oh, only let one device connection simultaneously in this age! And so slow. Ridiculous. In conclusion, I've never ever even think to stay there. There are plenty of good hotels around.
