Review 1：The breakfast in the morning was really very good. There was quite as election and the dining area had a nice ambience. We quite enjoyed our overnight stay here

Review 2：Property was well maintained and cared for. Room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Joe brought us a microwave on request. Breakfast was very good with good choices. The day we were there they served breakfast burritos with guacamole, which was a welcome change. This is one of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed at. Webwill use this hotel again as we are passing through Ashland.

Review 7：The room we where in was to close to the stairs. People who where staying on that floor stopped and talked and chatted right next to our door. It was hard to listed to the TV while that happened. Late night some man kept trying to get into our room with his key. My friend went to the door and asked what he was doing. The man was drunk and didn't remember which room was his and tried other rooms on that floor.

Review 8：The employees at Windsor did a great job at helping check us in and out. The food at breakfast tasted very good. The maids cleaned and prepared the room for our stay better than usual.

Review 9：The only comment I would make is that the comforters, though very lovely, are too heavy and warm, and there was not a lighter weight blanket to use instead.

Review 13：The room was dusty and smelled as though it hadn't beencleaned/gone through in some time. That may be the reason that I wasbitten repeatedly on my legs and feet by a two fangedcreature/spider as I slept. The thermostats didn't work, I sleptwith the windows open on the ground floor to get some air circulationbecause the room was so stuffy and dank. The tv didn't work either.All in all I was tired there was a bed, but I was attacked whilesleeping and became feverish and had a headache from the venom of mybites. The picture I am posting is from 5 days after I was bitten.

Review 14：I like that the staff accommodated us with a suite when the site overbooked for the same price as a double room. The attendant was friendlyand professional. The shower was awesome! Great pressure.

Review 15：The free breakfast. The variety offered was unexpected. The staff maintaining the breakfast room was excellent. The food was well stocked, the eating area clean, and the hotel employees helpful and friendly.

Review 17：The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious and updated. All of the employees were polite and helpful.

Review 18：We were not told that our room was adjacent to an event space, where a very loud party was going on until 10 p.m. When we discovered this, we were told that we could not change rooms. The next morning we spoke with the onsite manager, who said that there was nothing he could do for us because we had booked on Booking.com! Apparently Best Western abandons all responsibility for its guests' comfort once they place their rooms on an online broker site. Shame on them!

Review 19：Check-in was very efficient and pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable and the in-room fridge was efficient. Free wifi worked well.

Review 21：Located at the south end of Ashland near Hwy I-5, the motel offers good value. A generous American-style breakfast was included. The room was equipped with ironing board and iron, small fridge and a tea/coffee machine. The room was a good size and the king-size bed was comfortable.
