Review 1：Parking was one of the faults as we had to get up extra early. Also you have to check out before 10.30am which I thought was fairly early when you want to relax

Review 3：Internet not present in the rooms, breakfast not included in the rate, and a strong smeul of smoke in the room. How is this possible, nowadays everybody stopping to smoke, and still allowing smokers in the room, the smell of smoke is awful !!!

Review 5：The hotel advertises that there is parking available. I misunderstoodthat as meaning that they have their own parking lot. There is noparking available!!! Yes, there are public parking lots in Blankenberge,but on a hot summer day it's "Veel succes!" The first freeparking lot we found was 3 km away from the hotel. We took the coastaltram from there.We had reserved a baby cot but they could not see it in their system so we got none. There's wifi only in the lobby. The rooms are very basic.

Review 19：Maintenance and hygiene is a very weak point, as well as very poor furniture, corridor smells garbage and don't expect more than just the basics.
Review 20：Localisation is perfect and very practical, in every way (shopping, beach, restaurants, leisure), although the lack of proper parking is a minor point.
Review 21：Dogs in the breakfast area. Apparently the owner allows this. We didn't know that in advance. To me this is not hygienic. We needed to pay in advance when we arrived. Also this wasn't mentioned by booking.com. No wifi or Internet in the room. It's 2015 and internet access is cheap, that the owner doesn't invest in this is strange. Wifi was only available in the small lobby so people were sitting there with their laptops.

Review 28：I loved being able to see and hear the sea all the time. the room was very pleasant, fresh,clean and comfortable, the kitchenette was also very clean and practical, even though from some reviews i discovered that they don't all automatically come with a oven/microwave, and so had to be confirmed prior to arrival.

Review 34：- the room was dirty; i.e. floor was not clean, the kitchen utilities were sticky (thankfully we did not plan to be cooking in the room) - slowest water cooker I have ever used - fridge was not cold and there was no way to turn it colder - beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They were way too soft (and had dents in them from people sleeping in them over the years; like roads bending under the load of trucks driving on it for years) and moved around freely on the floor - curtains were falling off the railing and obviously nobody cared about it - very loud outside on the street at night with drunk people arguing every night giving the place a kind of creepy atmosphere
Review 35：+ unexpectedly we were given a room with sea view; this was a nice surprise + uncomplicated late check-in and check-out + coffee machine in the room + balcony + window next to the shower with great view over the town (so you can be in the shower and look over the town while nobody can see you)
Review 36：Was lucky to be present while the cleaners were cleaning the room. They didn't even bother dusting the sheets or finding out if there is anything on the bed. Had to redo the bed and clean the room myself appalling. And the breakfast is soooo boring not worth it.

Review 43：the location is perfect, just in the front line our apartment was on the 12th floor and the view was amazing the hotel has a parking deal with a school nearby but nobody told us about it before and when we arrived it took us ages to find a place to park. We only found out about this parking option when we arrived at the hotel.

It was probably the busiest night of the year and there were no other vacancies in the town. We ended up in a comfortable and spacious room for two with a camp bed. The view was great from the 10th floor. Please pass on my thanks to them.
Review 116：The staff are not on site most hours of the day, this makes it difficult for luggage storage and check in. Many things were broken in the room, the dishes, lights, chairs, very lumpy bed. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!

Review 118：Aparthotel Blankenberge is located in a prime area. Although theproperty is not glamorous by any means, it is a nice and basic hotelwith fantastic views of the sea. I have no major complaints and wouldstay there again for a short trip. Good value for the money!
Review 119：Yes it was announced that the hotel had no private parking, but somehow I did not realize how it would be in practice. So: you can drive on the promenade in front of the hotel where there are parking places (however, all occupied, unless you have a great luck), on level +2, or on a small street from the back of the hotel (level 0). Unfortunately it seems almost not feasible to stop for a while to discharge your stuff. There are public parkings but you have to walk from about 0.5 to 1 km from there. If you had not taken a trolley bag or suitcase, you will remember this.
Review 120：Everything except from the distance from the parking! This is one of several big buildings (10 floors or more) just at the beach. It seems it is not newly built, but definitely carefully renovated and maintained. The appartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped; the bed was comfortable; there was even a balcony with 2 chairs.

Review 126：The Aparthotel (or Hampshire Hotel) was a great discovery for us as wecome to Belgium alot on the channel tunnel and drive up the Belgiumcoast and have stayed in Blankenburg a few times. In alot of the hotelsthe rooms are fairy small however in this hotel we had a 12th floorspacious room with fantastic views right on the beach. Ok its lacks thefacilities of some other hotels but you are in a very good position forresturants and bars,the casino is a short walk away(do try, even for adrink and a snack) The hotel is half the price of some of the otherhotels and could'nt be better situated. We would definatly stay hereagain. Room Tip: Rooms with sea view are well worth the little extra andask for a balcony on the upper floors
Review 127：We were given room on the 12 floor where the lift stop at the 11 floor we had to use the stairs it was not fun at all with 2 babies+ the double pushchair+ the baby bag! we were really disapointed! our baby cot was not ready once there, we had to put our baby son on the floor time to reclaim it at the reception.

Review 129：When I encountered booking problem and e-mailed the hotel, they replied and solved the problem very soon. The location is great, just a few meters a way from the beach. The double room is clean and quiet, with a kitchen facility and living room area and balcony. The space is very comfortable.
Review 130：No hotel restaurant. No breakfast included. The nearby breakfast place is ok, but that's an extra 10 Eur for a breakfast where you've already spent 100Eur per night.... No internet in the rooms. No AirConditioning in the rooms. No hotel parking. Finding a parking space in the hotel area is a real challenge. It's a rather typical tourist grade hotel for the masses. Provides bare minimum to sleep you over without any extras.
Review 131：Location - right at the beachfront. Nice view of the sea and the beachfront from the room. Renovated rooms with fairly new/modern furniture. Each room has a fridge, which is a definite plus. Friendly staff. Hotel provides storage after you've checked out.
